Private Studio apartment located in a safe & peaceful East Nashville neighborhood. This unique property is quiet, yet minutes from dozens of East Nashville restaurants, coffee shops and bars, as well as 10 minutes from downtown Nashville.

*GEODIS Park (Nashville SC Soccer Stadium) - 15 mins

You will have keyless entry with a private entrance & driveway as well as your own private fenced-in yard that your furry friends will love!

We live upstairs and are so excited to welcome you!!

We live a quiet lifestyle and we've done our best to soundproof but it is an older East Nashville home with wood flooring so you will inevitably hear some footsteps or our 2 dogs being dogs.
A sound machine will be provided just in case!

The bathroom has a ceiling clearance of 6’5”. This may be a challenge for taller guests.

We will most likely be on the property during your stay and we are available for anything you may need. We can easily be reached via text or through the VRBO app

Great place for my dog and me

Easy to get to, very close to downtown just an Uber away. Fenced yard perfect for my small dog. Will definitely stay here again next time I come to Nashville.

Totally met our needs

Second time visitors to this property with our dog. All was as we expected. A bottle of wine and snacks for us and our dog were very nice. Mostly used for sleeping and breakfast as our daughter lives in Nashville. Met all our needs. Clean, comfy, and convenient. Would recommend and rent again. Thanks to the owners for everything

We enjoyed our stay in the clean, comfortable studio in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Everything we needed was supplied and more…even snacks, bottled water and a bottle of wine! The host was very responsive. We will definitely stay there again!

Perfect for a long weekend!

A friend and I booked this property while in town visiting family and attending CMA fest. It was clean and presented as advertised! The hosts graciously provided a few light snacks, water, and a bottle of wine which was so greatly appreciated! We were grateful for the space to walk our dogs and would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Nick and Olivia’s place for a quick weekend away , visiting friends in the Nashville region. The stay was clean, which is of top priority and allowed our pup! Great for a short stay and smaller size family or couple.

Super Cozy and a Great Location

This place is exactly as described. We were in town for the CMA Fest and wanted a quiet place, but close to the festivities and this was it. Nick was easy to communicate with and a great host. I’d love the opportunity to stay here again.

Sweet Home Away From Home

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Nice, clean, comfortable studio. Just perfect for us and our dog. The basket of goodies and wine were such a sweet surprise. Everything we needed was there. The neighborhood is quiet and very convenient to go into the city. We will definitely be back next trip to Nashville. Owners were excellent with communicating and offering help in anything we may have needed.

Sweet little spot with a great bed and clean kitchen and bathroom! Thankful for the snacks and water provided! Loved the enclosed space for pups to go potty and in a nice neighborhood. Better then a Hotel

My husband and myself had a great 2 night stay with our German shepard! Clean and very comfortable! Our dog had a fenced in area which he could play and run around in. Would stay again and highly recommend. Close to all!!
