Perfect for two guests. The Loft at Oak Hill in Fairview is just a little over a mile from I-40, 30 minutes west of Downtown Nashville or Historic Franklin.

A great place to stay - while on business, in town for the big game, just passing through, or visiting the beautiful areas of Williamson County and Tennessee.

This large studio apartment is above a three-car garage on five acres of a wooded hillside. Please note that steps are involved.

Guests enter through a private entry which includes a full kitchen, dishes/utensils, microwave, coffee maker (fresh coffee and creamers provided), washer and dryer, and comfortable queen bed.

Free Wi-Fi. We provide Amazon Prime Video, Samsung TV, and local channels on the TV. Feel free to sign in with your accounts for other apps. The room temperature is controlled by you. A fan, space heater and sound machine are also provided.

Additional Info:
We live in the Log House next to the apartment. We are quiet people, but country life happens, so you may hear the tractor, us outside, or the garage door open and close. But we think you'll find our place more peaceful and accommodating than a hotel.

We have two sweet dogs on the property. Rosie Jean is the brown one, and Ralphie is the white one. You may hear the occasional barking at the deer/wildlife.

Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited.
No smoking/vaping on the property (inside or outside).
No pets.
Steps are involved. Sorry, not handicap accessible.

Parking is available in the driveway (two car maximum). The private entrance is located to the left of the garage doors. Just enter the code and you're in! We are in Central Time Zone.

This is a beautifully appointed studio. Hosts were welcoming upon my arrival. Several nice touches included - a welcoming gift, snack basket, coffee provided and a frig full of condiments. Travel toiletries were provided if needed as well.

Clean and well appointed space

A wonderful place to stay in a beautiful wooded area. The space was extremely clean and decorated nicely. The furniture was very comfortable. There was much appreciated attention to detail, such as a little welcome package of local sweet treats. I would definitely stay here again when passing through.

On the MOVE

The grounds are beautiful. The swing in the yard is relaxing. The hosts offered assistance during the heavy rains, if needed. I highly recommend Oak Hill.

Quaint Getaway

Awesome place, quiet, peaceful, beautifully decorated, and well furnished. It was very clean. The AC worked very well. Nice little touches of home, great ambiance. It is in a beautiful country setting, convenient to Hwy 40 and downtown Fairview. I would highly recommend staying here. The owners are very nice and friendly.

Beautiful home

Tony and Rebecca have a lovely, quiet property. They were able to accommodate our special request. They made us feel very comfortable and at ease. The apartment has cozy furniture and bedding, is well-appointed, nicely decorated, and immaculately clean. We had a chance to get to know the hosts and very much appreciated their insight into the area. Very highly recommend this VRBO.

Peace Get-Away

The hosts were clearly thoughtful both in their prompt and clear communication, and in the many details of the accommodation. We loved our stay here! The view is private and beautiful. The location is a bit of a drive from most towns, but it was a beautiful drive and led to a safe and lovely hideaway. We enjoyed the snacks, the privacy, the kitchen, the parking area just for us, and the thoughtfulness of the host in accommodating a special request. Take note that the room is above a garage, so occasionally I could hear the garage door go up or down and a car start or park. Even with that, I was so grateful to have a private location and would definitely stay here again!

passing thru

my husband and I were traveling from North Carolina to Oklahoma moving my sister. we had a large UHaul and were concerned about the safety of the belongings at a hotel. we chose this VRBO due to the seclusion it provided. we were able to park the Uhaul far from the main road and it was safe and sound for the night. Rebecca responded to my messages right away and was easy to work with. the property was absolutely gorgeous and the VRBO was so nice. the bed was really comfortable, we didn't want to get up the next day. she had yummy snacks and water ready for us. would definitely stay here again and hopefully stay longer.

Wonderful property!

My husband and I were traveling from Texas to WV and needed a place to stop overnight. I’m so happy that I found this studio apartment. It truly is exceptional. Rebecca was so easy to communicate with and she went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and to meet our every need. She is a jewel. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable and inviting. The hosts include lots of thoughtful extras. The surrounding property is extremely well maintained and so peaceful. It feels as if you are miles away, but actually you are less than a couple miles from the highway and from several restaurants. I highly recommend this property and hope to return for a longer stay. Our sincerest thanks to our hosts!

This hidden gem nestled in the woods was the perfect place. This modern upscale loft apartment left us wanting for nothing. The friendly, accommodating hosts thought of everything!
