Loft Over Broadway Strip

Summary:

Smack dab in the middle of it all, bathe in the sunlight at this spacious city oasis in the heart of downtown Nashville ON THE BROADWAY STRIP -located directly above Boot Barn. Soaring ceilings, hardwood floors, and nine-foot windows overlooking Broadway give a sense of grandeur, while sumptuous velvet and touches of ornate gold add luxury. King size bed in private room, two new Queen size pull-out sleeper sofas with memory foam mattresses so everyone can be comfortable! **NO PARTIES!**



The Space:

Keep your finger on the pulse of Nashville in this beautiful loft located ON BROADWAY! 1 of 3 units I own in the building, located directly above Boot Barn! Be on the same block with some of the world’s most famous honky tonks such as Tootsie’s, Robert’s Western World, Legend’s Corner and The Stage. Bridgestone Arena and Ryman Auditorium are only one block away! Have a big group? You can also rent out my other lofts. One is located on the same floor and the other is located on the floor above this one!



**There is an additional $200 fee for guests wanting to book my property for filming and/or photography. A location agreement must be provided to me prior to your shoot date.**



**Guests MUST read & accept house rules BEFORE booking



☆☆ CANCELLATION POLICY: Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back a full refund minus a $100 credit card processing fee. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund. We highly suggest purchasing Travel Insurance!☆☆



LOFT #202 has 1 private bedroom with a KING size bed and en suite full bathroom. A half bath is located in the hallway. This Loft can sleep up to 6 guests. 2 can sleep in the king sized bed and we have 2 sleeper sofas that each sleep 2 (linens and bedding provided for all).



This loft has more of a contemporary feel, with a large kitchen with bar seating, a dining area with a cafe table and seating for 4, open concept living room with a 50” flat-screen television with Apple TV, and a bright sunroom with seating that overlooks BROADWAY!



***HOUSE RULES/AGREEMENT MADE UPON BOOKING***



We assume all of our guests will be respectful and excellent, but we still want to make sure you understand our rules and expectations so we're all on the same page. Please help us preserve our house for yours and others' future stays by accepting these rules before you book:



-There is NO smoking allowed inside the property, and that includes the hallway. Smoking can only occur outside of the building.

- Absolutely NO pets whatsoever allowed ON or IN the property. We and other guests have severe pet allergies and we want to keep this property pet free.

-Absolutely NO major parties. If you're looking to book our place to throw a party, this is not the property for you. We're ok with small celebrations with the allotted amount of guests allowed/booked for.

-Guests must use provided handrails when using stairs.

-Decorations: Absolutely NO GLITTER and NO CONFETTI. Any decorations you put up must all be taken down, including any tape residue. Any tape residue or damage found on walls do to your decorations may result in being charged.

-Please leave the house in the condition you entered it in. THE CLEANING FEE DOES NOT COVER EXCESSIVE MESS. The fee is to cover the expense hiring our awesome cleaner, Janell, to clean all linens, kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, dusting, and up-keeping the house. It does not include her cleaning up after any disrespectful messes left behind. Please follow easy check-out instructions we'll have provided you. If you follow those, you’ll be in good shape.

-Please communicate with us about anything that has been broken during your stay. Any excessive mess or damaged items MAY result in withholding of deposit. We are reasonable people and will understand if accidents happen, but please do not try to "hide" it from us as we want to make sure everything is taken care of or fixed before our next guests come to enjoy our property.

-RESPECTING OUR NEIGHBORS. Remember, you're not renting a hotel room, you're renting a loft in a building with other tenants. We ask that you respect our neighbors by keeping your noise level down at ALL times during the day and evening. ANY complaints received from our neighbors (whether noise or just being a disturbance in any way) will result in withholding of deposit.

-Internet Use: NO illegal downloading of any sort, no p2p file sharing. (we had to fine a guest for this because my internet company flagged the illegal internet usage and fined me).





EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS:

Early check-in or late check-outs must be PRE-ARRANGED. Please do not ask on day before or the day of arrival as we will NOT honor it. We have our cleaners scheduled at specific times and are unable to make last minute changes. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit.



The only way we can guarantee an early check-in is if the night prior to your stay is available, we can block it off for you at half the price. Same goes for late check-out, if there is no one booked the night of your check out date, we can block off the night for you for a guaranteed late check-out at half the price.





You must also acknowledge

Potential for noise - Our loft is located in downtown Nashville, on a street that attracts visitors, so street and outside noise is likely. I have sound proof windows & foam insulation that drowns out the sound for the most part.

Must climb stairs - One flight of stairs from entrance of building to loft.



The total price of the reservation is based on the nightly rate set by the host, plus fees or costs determined by the host or booking platform. Extra guest fee charged by some hosts for extra guests beyond a set number, which may fluctuate.



Guest Access:

24/7 keyless entry access to the building and loft.



The Neighborhood:

The loft is right on Broadway, right in the middle of all the action and minutes away from all the Honky Tonk bars, live music almost 24/7, food, coffee, The Ryman, The Johnny Cash Museum, and The Bridgestone Arena, and Ascend Amphitheater.



Getting Around:

If you want to know how far my lofts are located from your points of interest, just enter "Boot Barn" on Broadway Ave. as my location and you'll have a very accurate time/distance when entering into any sort of digital map or GPS.



NO FREE PARKING. The closest parking lot is on 4th and Broadway. Highly recommended that you not rent a car unless you're wanting to venture outside of Nashville. Cabs, Uber, and Lyft are the best way to get around! I have some promo codes at the lofts for free first rides if anyone in your group is a first time Uber or Lyft rider - so make sure to download the apps before you arrive!



Other Things to Note:

** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!



This loft is a street view loft, the windows open up to Broadway!!
