This houses ready to accommodate large groups visiting Nashville! It features a large living room, a big dining room, 3 bedrooms with 9 beds, and a bar and hot tub outside. Sleeps 10 comfortably and an open concept works perfectly for large groups. Close to the airport, Percy Priest Lake, and 10 miles to downtown. Bathrooms and kitchen are fully stocked with all essentials. Fenced private back yard! We'd love to host your group!

The house is completely designed for large groups and families! The 1500 square foot house features a large dining area, separate tv/den, ample sleeping space with 9 beds, and tons of outside entertaining space which includes a porch bar, grill, hot tub, deck, and fire pit! Beds include 3 queens, 2 bunk beds (4 twins) and a twin day bed with trundle. Back yard is fully fenced in and hot tub is open year-round!

Pets are by request only! Please inquire with us about bringing your pet by letting us know some basic information about them. A fee of $100 per pet will be charged if your pets are allowed to stay. Evidence of unauthorized pets will cause a $300 fee to be charged.

This house is managed by Cousins BNB. Cousins BNB is based in Nashville, TN and manages multiple properties. Please let us know if you need information on any other rentals!

Guests will have full access to entire house and backyard including hot tub and firepit area.

We will be available by email and text at all times.

Ample parking onsite and Uber/Lyft available to/from airport and downtown cheap!

Great place to stay!
Great house. Lots of beds and room. Big backyard for the kids to run. Has a fire pit and we did S’mores one night. The hot tub was a bit plus. Hosts responded quickly and mailed something back we forgot. Highly recommend!

Old property
The house is really more like a cottage. It is old and needs some love and a deep clean. We did call the property manager and he offered to come over and clean but we didn’t want anybody in the property as we were only going to be there for 3 full days. Floors were dirty, top of the fridge was disgusting, and the sofa is saggy. We did love the fire pit and the hot tub.

Perfect place for a family gathering
My wife, sister, niece, nephews and I all stayed for a long weekend, and the place was perfect for our group. There were plenty of places for everyone to sleep, and the common areas had lots of room for everyone to relax. The hot tub was also a nice extra to enjoy after a long day of being out. We will definitely consider staying there again during our next trip to Nashville.

The home was great and just perfect for our last minute trip to Nashville. My best friend and I brought our younger kids and the bedrooms were just perfect! The house was very clean and everything just as described! Thank you for a wonderful stay and priceless memories with my best friend and our kids on New Years Eve!

Perfect for our girls trip
Everything was perfect. Great communication from the host throughout our stay. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings after our trip into town. It is about a 15 minute drive to broadway in a nice quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.
