Huge 4 Bed/4 Bath Home with 12 Beds!

The Space:
Brand new modern luxury home features 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, a fully stocked kitchen, open living space, 2 large full rooftop patio with amazing views of Downtown Nashville. We are a short $5-10 Uber/Lyft ride to downtown, Broadway, Demonbreun St., Bridgestone Arena, & Nissan Stadium. We are only 1.5 miles from the new Top Golf

Traveling doesn't mean having to eat out for every meal. We supply all of the kitchen necessities so you are able to cook or reheat leftovers easily! We have everything from pots and pans, storage containers, and a coffee maker, to wine glasses and corkscrews!

Towels, linens, iron & board, hair dryer, washer and dryer (including detergent), Wi-Fi, cable, and many more amenities are all provided.

Outdoor electric grill and corn hole game provided!

Perfect Place for a Great Escape with Friends!

This place was absolutely beautiful – even better than the photos! Our group of 8 guys had more than enough space to spread out and enjoy, with large common areas that made it easy to hang out together. The location was perfect, giving us access to everything we needed nearby while still feeling like a true getaway. The hosts thought of everything, from the well-stocked kitchen to comfortable beds and seating for all of us. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot – highly recommended for any group looking to relax, explore, and make some great memories!
