"Quiet nice room good location "

"Overall pretty quiet, clean comfortable room.Of course you get the occasional idiot that cant use an indoor voice, and cannot close a door properly. That is not the property's fault. The only real drawbacks were very poor "continental breakfast", and the fact their ice machine was not working, and hasn't for quite some time, from the looks of things. A big plus is, they are pet friendly"

"The staff was so welcoming and friendly. The property and room were super clean. It was conveniently located to some good dining options. We went there specifically to watch the eclipse 2024 and just had a wonderful time."

"This is a working mans motel.. if you are looking for luxury accommodations, this isnt it, but.. if you are looking for an inexpensive place to spend the night. This is OK ( I couldnt find anything cheeper) Nothing there was brand new. But it all worked ok. I was there on a weekend and there were guys grilling food in the parking lot.. When I was away from home and working on the road. I'd have fit right in.. "

"We needed a place to stay with all our furbabies and the Cozy Corner was perfect for us. It was 5 minutes from our house that we are selling. The home was small but it worked for our needs, had a living area, sleeping area and great internet. Washer and dryer worked great. We could walk across the street food or drive a couple minutes down the road. Close to park, dog park, and any amenities you could need."

"We had a great time being able to relax as a family. Lots of wildlife with great fishing. The only issue we had was the tub, my child had to lifted in and out of because it was really deep which could totally be a plus for some."

"We didn't get to spend as much time on the property as we would have liked but we enjoyed our time. It was a peaceful spot on a secluded property. Meeting Dexter the Donkey and the cats on the property, as well as enjoying the scenery, was the highlight. The house is quant, maybe a little cluttered with unnecessary furniture making the spaces feel a little small, but we loved all of the plant life and nostalgia as well as the coffee area. "I was very pleased with this apartment. It was beautiful and very handy for my eclipse needs. I thought the pictures of it didn't do it justice! It was quiet and had everything I needed. The only drawback was the long staircase to get up there with my luggage, but I managed. I brought some soap and shampoo for my showers and needed them. "
