Great discount hotel. One of the best designed rooms I've stayed in. Immaculate with many conveniences: fridge, microwave, computer desk, PLENTY of outlets. VERY clean bathroom. And a very convenient moderately priced Mexican sit down restaurant across the parking lot

Not the best but not the worst

Not the best even for a cheaper motel- Toliet paper dispenser falling off the wall- large burn holes in the comforters- one room smelled of smoke - other of animals (it was an animal room but didn’t smell like it had been cleaned). Breakfast was literally toast, cereal, and grits packets. Beds not bad and they had clean sheets that smelled nice (under the burnt covers).

Completely avoid this location and go anywhere else — it can’t honestly get too much worse. Hotel star level at 2.5 is highly misleading and should be incorrect due to the state of the rooms.I want to preface that I was assisted by the staff, and they were kind and accommodating to my issues. This does not hide that this facility is in massive need of an overhaul with its rooms if it wants to be called a 2.5 star. The issues: Photos used in this Expedia booking are quite misleading. First rooms had paint corrective splotches all over walls general deterioration, and furniture looked like it hasn’t been replaced or painted since the 1980s - all damaged, unappealing, and old. My first of 3 rooms hit you like a truck with a rank odor akin to a dirty litter box and poor pet care, and contained cat hair engrained into the carpets and side of the walls, and literal cat litter was found under the top mattress - you know how you check a mattress for bed bugs? Well, I found cat litter. Second room I was led to had the same odor and unappealing furniture, though minus the cat hair, it had a non-functioning toilet. These issues are indicative of select rooms being designated as pet friendly, but absolutely does not excuse the lack of attention given to cleaning and sanitation of these spaces. After reporting these issues, I was given a room that was cleaner and acceptable but still showed age and had the similar odor as the other two rooms despite being on the other side of

Very unsafe property and there were live and dead roaches in the room… including in the room’s refrigerator. Expedia is attempting to get a refund, but the hotel staff hang up and/or don’t answer the phone when they call. DO NOT STAY HERE

Terrible stay. Very disappointed with this franchise. Staff was ambivalent so...decided not to even bring these issues to their attention. Roaches, damaged furniture and safety issues...oh my!

Killed this roach after it crawled out under my back-pack on the TV cabinet.
Cracked and broken upper drain cap in bathtub leading to leaks around tub and below.

There was litter all over, went in the office and it stunk, noticed a sign that gave you 10 minutes for refund if you did not want to stay there, we made it by 4 minutes. There was a busted up air conditioner in the parking lot and when we walked in the room which stunk and a guy came over and looked in too, just weird. We asked for a refund which he did and went over the comfort suites. Cost for the room was about the same, it was the pet fee that added up. I didn't care about that anymore. Expedia should really take this one off the list. JMO
