Our 1 Bedroom apartment is completely remodeled and everything is brand new and beautiful. The oversized bedroom has a king bed with a day bed that also works as a great couch.
The kitchen has everything you could possibly need with all new appliances.
All of this is in the heart of East Nashville, close to endless amounts of bars and restaurants. We are also only 3 miles to downtown and everything that Broadway has to offer.
We also provide a private off street parking spot.

Our Apt layout is as follows:
1 bedroom with a King bed and day bed
Full bath
Open kitchen and living

Guests have access to our apartment with our keyless entry lock system. This apartment is above the main home with its own private entrance and parking for 2-3 vehicles. You may also use parking in the main, concrete driveway.

We are local and always available to help with anything you need, but we are not onsite and the space is entirely yours unless you need us for any reason.

East Nashville is a vibrant, diverse neighborhood with many restaurants, bars, parks, small shops, venues, and coffee shops. Our house is within walking distance to several and also walking distance to a grocery store for you to easily and affordably stock up for your stay! East Nashville is family friendly, is close to downtown and all Broadway has to offer, it has a wonderful, supportive community. It is a very unique part of Nashville.

Getting around Nashville is very easy, but only the pocket neighborhoods are walkable once you are in them. Example: East Nashville, Downtown or The Gulch.
If you are looking to explore the city you will want to plan to take Uber/Lyft (which are available 24hrs a day and usually a 5-10 minute wait) or rent a car.

Please note, we ONLY PROVIDE a starter set of any guests amenities. This includes but is not limited to:
2-Toilet paper rolls per bathroom
2- Rolls of paper towels
1- Cleaning sponge
1- travel sized bar soap and shampoo
A handful of K cups or small bag of grounds
We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150

1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding.
2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property.
3 - Damage to any items or the property itself.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds outside of our established refund policy. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection.
