Designed for your ultimate comfort, this brand new suite is plush with gracious accommodations that invite you to indulge, relax, and pamper yourself. The suite features a master bedroom, full bathroom, living room (with a pull out Queen-sized bed) , kitchenette, and a private patio.

We offer keyless entry and contactless service. The suite is closed off from the rest of the house, ensuring guests will enjoy complete privacy.

We are 19 mins to downtown Nashville and 15 mins to the airport (BNA) with local restaurants, sightseeing and parks nearby!

Luxurious Master Bedroom
Drift off to a peaceful sleep in a cozy, king-sized bed adorned with silky sheets and plush feather pillows that rival a 5- Star hotel! The master bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with lamps that have USB ports, an aromatic diffuser, a white noise machine, and a 32" flat screen TV with free YouTube TV. The large walk-in closet is stocked with 2 luggage racks, hangers, shoe rack, clothes hamper and a first aid kit. From the master bedroom, guests can step directly outside to a secluded back patio where they can soak in the sunshine, sip their morning coffee, and listen to the sweet sound of songbirds and other local wildlife.

Executive Master Bathroom
This spacious bathroom is stocked with lavish beauty/personal care toiletries as well as a makeup mirror and towel, hairdryer, and 100% cotton Hotel Collection towels. The executive shower features an indulgent rainfall shower head. This bathroom is also equipped with a washer and dryer, detergent, iron and ironing board.

Accommodating Living Room
The engaging living room invites guests to enjoy a game of a pool or board games, unwind with their favorite movie on a 50" flat screen TV with complimentary movies/shows, or melt their stress away in a premium Brookstone full-body reclining massage chair. Guests can listen to music on an Alexa smart speaker, while kicking back on a brand new, cushy sofa. The larger sofa can be converted into a queen-sized bed to accommodate two people, and is endowed with a memory foam mattress and the same luxury bedding as the master bedroom.

Bright Kitchenette
In this warm and bright kitchenette, guests can delight in a generous beverage bar that offers a wide selection of flavored coffees and teas. This kitchen boasts of the necessities to make guests feel right at home: a Keurig coffee machine, microwave, blender, toaster, wine and water glasses, refrigerator with ice machine, utensils and dishes.

Secluded Patio
The beautiful, exclusive patio is surrounded by a 6 foot privacy fence, offering guests a hidden oasis to relax and reconnect. Four Adirondack chairs surround a premium gas fire pit underneath enchanting string lights that frame the Nashville starry sky. A patio table with an umbrella invites guests to enjoy their meal outside. Right off the patio is an exclusive guest parking space directly outside the main entrance to the suite.

The guest suite is equipped with technology including a Smart Lock keypad and high-speed WiFi. A "Pack-and-Play" for babies is available upon request.

Guests must take note that the host family lives in the house upstairs and guests will hear living activity from above during their stay. Also, since the property is only 15 minutes away from the airport, it is possible guests may occasionally hear planes flying overhead.

This is a great place to stay in Nashville! Clean and Cozy!
The place is very clean. Excellent bed and bath but a little too "close to home" for our stay. Felt as if we were intruding a bit when coming home late and not wanting to wake the kids. More of a stay-over than a getaway given the neighborhood too. That being said I would highly recommend for a small family with all the children's games (including the pool table). It is a nice quiet safe neighborhood. Hosts were excellent with respecting privacy given the close proximity of living and had punctual communication as needed.

The host made it a very welcoming place. I have nothing to say negative about the place. Unfortunately it drizzled almost the whole time and I would have liked to enjoy their cozy outdoor space. Probably one of the best VRBO places I have ever stayed at. I would definitely stay there again.

Very nice attention to detail!
This property is very comfortable, clean and fun! We really enjoyed the massage chair and the pool table! The manager is very responsive— check in and out is seamless and there are so many thoughtful touches (sound machine, aromatherapy dispenser, chocolates on our pillows and little treats around the suite, etc.) we really felt relaxed and pampered here! We had the best time staying at this beautiful place. It was very clean. Super cute, had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. It was only a 20 minute drive to Broadway and its like basically one road the whole time. It was the perfect location. Our host responded quick to any questions we had and was super helpful in recommending places. We will be back for sure!

We had a wonderful stay!! The cleanliness I cannot say enough about , top notch! The bed is amazingly comfortable, all the amenities anyone would need! Location to downtown Nashville was a short 15 minute trip easy to a access! Location was perfect . Felt very safe in the neighborhood. Back yard was very nice and well lit! The host was amazing and answered all our questions immediately! Thank you to the owners for sharing your home! Definitely plan to return next year !

Chrissy and Stu were great hosts. Their private suite was low-key and a nice little getaway. Amenities were sufficient for our needs during this short getaway. This little suite is cute and calm. The kitchenette adorned plenty of necessities and then some…living room was comfortable and bed slept great! We truly appreciated the sizable en-suite bathroom, with a great tiled shower. The outdoor space outside the unit was lovely; although my husband and I had full day events to attend and didn’t have time to indulge. This suite was personalized with care, adorning tastefully designed signage for the purpose of recommendations, general information about the area and specifics to guide you through your stay. We would highly recommend this property and would definitely book here again when we return to the area.

Great apartment in Hermitage. TN
This property was one of the best properties we have stayed at with VRBO. The king-sized bed and the beautiful shower/ bathroom were enough to make the apartment outstanding; but there was also a pool table, a massage chair, and a washer- dryer... The place had everything you could ask for and the owner left candies for us in the bedroom, kitchen and TV room as well. They thought of everything. The apartment is located near downtown Nashville which is an added plus. We would definitely stay there again.

I travel a lot and am used to staying in hotels. I recently saw a commercial for Vrbo and thought why not give it a try. This location is less than 20 minutes from downtown Nashville, so it made getting around very easy. The unit itself looks like the photos. It’s updated and smells very clean. Towels were hotel collection, so the owners definitely put thought into creating a nice experience. Coffee/Kcups were provided which made it so we didn’t have to stop by Starbucks everyday. The hosts were great at communication but my only suggestion would be the have trash be accessible via the unit. I felt bad having to leave it in the unit because we had a lot of it during our week stay. I normally would be happy to run that out. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience.

This sweet VRBO was a little surprise oasis!! Chrissy went above and beyond with little touches that surprised and made us smile. We felt like we were special guests. The suite was beautiful, the bathroom divine, and the backyard adorable. We really just needed a place to rest our heads and now I want to go back and have more time to enjoy the unit again! Absolutely perfect!!
My best friend and I met up in Nashville for a girls' weekend. This property actually exceeded our expectations! Check-in was easy and efficient. Everything was as pictured. The accommodations were clean, spacious and comfy with many personable touches that really made us feel at home. The owners were also very responsive, checking in with us to make sure things were going well. Even though the property is about 20 minutes outside of downtown Nashville, it didn't feel like it, because the drive was such a straight shot. It was great leaving the hustle and bustle of the city and retreating to a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice place. Very clean Loved the close proximity to everything. Slight noisy from host living above (this is a basement unit) but she disclosed that in listing. Overall we enjoyed our first ever trip to Nashville! What a beautiful city with lots of country music history!
