Our neighborhood is very safe and charming with many beloved spots in this flourishing local area of East Nashville. The airport is only about 15 minutes away. There are plenty of Ubers, Lyft and taxis available if you choose not to bring a car. Our condo is in a great location to enjoy all the things that Nashville has to offer!

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was close to restaurants, downtown and the stadium. The host was great to work with, too. We would stay here again on our next trip to Nashville.

Ladies Vacation

This was a ladies vacation making a huge circle starting in Kansas City, going to northwestern Kentucky to see the Ark before heading to Nashville to explore. This was an amazing property, beautiful and very comfortable. The location was pretty good. Highly recommend staying at this beautiful property.

Great getaway in Nashville

This place perfectly delivered on convenient location, nicely decorated condo with all essentials provided. We liked not being too close to Broadway since we were not there to party - just enjoy. Would certainly stay here again!

Great Property!

The host and house were perfect! We were able to check in early which was sooo helpful and the place was clean and the host was super responsive when we couldn’t get the coffee machine to work. The place was updated and super cute and the beds were very comfortable. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Mother daughter get away

We booked this property to stay for a weekend celebration of my retirement. The condo was clean, well equipped and a safe neighborhood! We had coffee at the coffee shop on the corner and Ubered to Broadway for some fun! Jen checked in on us after our expected arrival time and was responsive to our inquiry in a timely manner. Would book again!

15 Minutes from Everything

This was a great place for my wife and I to stay with or 2 girls for their softball tournament. We were there a week and found some great places to eat just minutes from the condo. It seemed that if we wanted to go to any of the attractions in Nashville we were only 15 minutes away. Hopefully they get the ice maker working before the next people stay there.

Wonderful stay at this great property. Clean, convenient location to downtown, Opry and airport, and just as advertised. Great communication and helpfulness from the host throughout our stay. As noted in other reviews, the walls seem thin, so we could hear people in other units beside and above us. It was not a problem though, as there was only one night that the party crowd came in after 2 am. Would highly recommend this great property for your stay in Nash.

Clean and well stocked

Great place for 4 of us to stay for 4 days in Nashville. Location allowed for 2 of us to walk everywhere while the other 2 used Uber. Very clean unit and very well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. No dining table but we ate out most dinners. Property managment responded quickly and efficiently to any and all of our questions and requests. I would recommend this property.

Good place for a quick stay

This place had easy parking and a well lit parking lot. The neighborhood is not as desirable. But I felt safe where I stayed. It is mostly clean but definitely showing signs of heavy use or wear. Good beds and I even bought one of the pillow styles for my home. I love when they invest in good bedding items. Good stay at this price point . Thank you

Beautifully decorated, great location, uncomfortable furniture

First I will say that the place is decorated very well and was pleasing to look at it. The neighborhood was great, and there are multiple coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance, and it’s very easy access to downtown (uber fare was under $7 to get to Broadway). Communication with the host was also very quick when I had a question. Now the cons… The furniture was extremely uncomfortable. The couch was very small with very little cushion, the chair in the living had a cushion that felt like something was messed up inside. And both beds were rock hard. If you’re not going to be at the condo for the most part, this may not be of concern to you, but if you have back problems or are wanting a comfy place to lounge and watch tv, this may not be the place for you. Also, you can hear every sound from the neighbors upstairs…walking, stomping, moving furniture, partying…whatever it was, it was LOUD and kept us up at night. There was no hand soap in one of the bathrooms, and the freezer will not make ice for some reason. The place was not super clean either. It looked like just a very light surface clean was done, leaving lots of dirt and dust all around. Otherwise our stay was very enjoyable and I would definitely book again.
