You will enter the home through the patio into the spacious kitchen with ample natural light. Downstairs you will find a stocked kitchen, dining room, bright and cheery sun room with queen sleeper sofa, 2 bedrooms each with king beds - 400 square foot each lavishly appointed bedrooms with ensuite and tv's, 1 marble full bathroom, family room with 98" tv, pool table room with desk.

The second floor offers 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with two twin beds and a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, vanity and tv. The other room has two California king beds and tv. Also on the second floor is an additional full bathroom and laundry closet.

Throughout the home enjoy a nod to Maud, the previous owner, we have original wallpapers on display, artifacts found during the extensive renovation and a gown worn by Maud's mother for her 80th. We also have incorporated some of her antique furniture tastefully blended with modern comfort.

There is a speakeasy theme clubhouse with ping pong table, air hockey, bar, lounge and poker table.

The acre+ size lot offers a plethora of fun, hot tub, deck, fire pit, patio with seating and umbrella, volleyball net, croquet, corn hole, enough space for races, picnics etc.

Unique features adorn Maud's Manor, bedrooms are spacious and 3 have ensuite bathrooms, bedrooms are well spaced from each other for privacy. Historic home rich with history and original adornments. Over an acre lot for outdoor play or enjoying sunset or sunrise, country setting just 3 minutes to historic downtown. Recently underwent a complete renovation. We offer the best of both worlds, rich history with modern comfort, bright natural lit home with moody speakeasy game room.

Amazing place, amazing stay

I’ve been coming to Murfreesboro for work 3-4 times a year for 7 years now. This is undoubtedly the best rental house we’ve stayed in. Beautiful, spacious, stylish, full of amenities and in a great part of town. We hope to return again someday!
