This is an unusual find in historic Lockeland Springs, situated next to Shelby golf course with wooded acreage behind. Enjoy the view and solitude while being only minutes away from the Country Music Hall of Fame, museums, and more. Downtown is 3 miles away (Uber/Lyft is easy & affordable), but much is in walking and biking distance -- Coffee shops, amazing restaurants, bakeries, bars and shops.
Located on the bottom level of a beautiful East Nashville home, Slightly Off is completely separated from the owner's residence upstairs, with its own entrance, driveway and carport. You will find board games, books, WiFi, ROKU TV, DVD/VHS/CD players & DVDs/VHSs to play. And because it’s music city, a guitar, banjo, and djembe are in the apartment. A stage sits in the back yard that hosts house concerts (don't worry. not during your stay;)
Shelby Park is a large city park a few blocks away; it features a public golf course, driving range, tennis courts, playgrounds, duck pond, ball fields, and walking paths in the wetlands preserve. Shelby Bottoms has miles of green ways to walk, jog, or bike alongside the Cumberland River. In the immediate neighborhood, you will find great local art, shop cool boutiques and eat at fantastic restaurants.
