A week long stay. It was clean and had all the thing's we needed. A little noisy at night but thats a given considering the location. It was a good place to stay. And the customer service was very helpful when i couldnt get the code to the door to work. Thanks.

This is a great spot for a quick trip to Nashville. We have a son graduating in Dallas next month and we’re going consider Mint properties for that trip as well. This place was clean, well stocked, walkable to lots of things we’re interested in. We come to Nashville frequently and this location is on the list of places to stay again.

Excellent stay, highly recommended

First time in Nashville and would definitely stay here again. Very clean and well appointed apartment. Didn’t use kitchen appliances but had everything needed. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean and spacious. Stayed here with a friend but would bring family here without hesitation. Communication during build up to stay was excellent and check-in procedure was sent, as promised, 24 hours before arrival. Parking in underground car park was reasonably priced and extremely convenient.

This was a fantastic apartment in a great location. Only reason I gave 3 stars for comfort was because of the very well worn sofa bed. Needs replacing for sure. But if the master bed is all you need then you have it at made! Highly recommended!

Clean and tidy, but road noise inside the unit was significant. Not sure if its a window issue or simpky a busy roadway. Heard mufflers, street racing, motorcycles, sirens all night.

Many things were wrong. Many main lights & light switches did not work. Internet was very very poor. Television was barely useable with many things wrong that needed to be fixed. Last night there, we couldn’t even get a good picture on the screen. Something was very wrong. Floors were filthy. Our feet after showering were literally black on the bottom due to filthy floors. Ceiling exhaust fan in bathroom was coated in dirt. Window blind wand was totally missing so we were unable to open or close the blind. Communication was very poor & most of these things remained unresolved in our 3 night stay.
