The vaulted ceilings, the stained concrete floors, the marble countertops, the floor to ceiling windows, and the beautiful outdoor living spaces will make you love this home. After a fun day out exploring Nashville, come back to relax in this spacious and comfortable house. We thoughtfully designed this space with your ease in mind. The rooftop deck has a dining table and chairs. The fully fenced in yard has patio seating and a gas grill. The living room has a TV with Netflix and all the apps you could want. Please note the fireplace does not work. The kitchen comes stocked with everything you need to cook and bake. Although parking is free, you don't need a car for this location. Many exciting things are right by us. The airport is only about 15 minutes away as well. There are plenty of Ubers, Lyft and taxis readily available. Our house is in a great location to enjoy all the things that Music City has to offer!

You have access to all spaces in the main house. The garage is not accessible to you. Someone lives in an apartment above the garage. They do not have any access to the house. There is another property on this same lot.

Please note that a required $400 damage deposit hold will be placed on your card prior to check in.
Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times. This is monitored with outside cameras. No local bookings allowed.

Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is "accepted". If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.

No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential building, please respect the neighbors!

ALL ANIMALS MUST be approved in advance of your booking. Don't try to sneak an animal in - we will know! It will be a $500 fine. Animals not allowed on the furniture or beds. You must pick up any paste waste left in the yard and throw away in the garage. $125 pet fee that must be approved prior to your stay.

Great place in east Nashville!

We will definitely stay here again. We came to see our daughter perform at CMA fest and the location was perfect. Lots of space and beds were comfy. Easy to uber everywhere. Communication was great with host.

Nice Location in East Nashville

Nice location with easy access to downtown and the Opry, good food options nearby. Nice yard for the dogs to roam around in. The house has a lot of space to relax, and the rooftop patio is a nice option. Host was very responsive and worked to get us in early.

The property was exactly as described, on a very quiet street! We loved the fully fenced yard for our dog. The house had everything we needed for our stay, and especially liked the roof top deck with a view of downtown Nashville. We had a very quick stay- we were touring Vanderbilt, but I would definitely pick this house again for a longer visit!!

Relaxing Nashville stay

Lovely modern home with a convenient location and comfy beds. My friends and I had an easy drive to Broadway, Grand Ol Opry, and area restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised to find great places to eat very close by without going into the city. Amy made our stay a pleasant one.

We really liked this home! The home was in a great location with lots of places walking distance. The roof top had a beautiful view and we only wish it was a little warmer so we could have enjoyed it more.
