"The early check in lady was great, the evening lady was a sour and rude when asked a question. It was my first time in Nashville and she made me feel unwelcome. The wall were not insulated so you heard everybody talking walking down the hall at all hours of the night, your neighbors in the rooms beside you and above you. Didn’t get much sleep.Not sure I will stay there again"

"Everything was clean in my room. Breakfast was more than adequate. Staff was great. Only thing I see needing done is replacing furniture in the lobby. It’s is worn and dirty."

"Staff were amazing very friendly very helpful. The gentleman who checked me and was really nice he made me laugh. When I went to check out I to got to the store my luggage well I went to the museum of many colors. The museum is something you don’t wanna miss. I would love to stay there more than one night, but it is very expensive. As Dolly would say Dream more. It was a dream come true. Coffee shop was really good, but make sure you bring your credit card because they don’t take cash. Jolene’s you got to listen to People play I loved all the colors and the decor. Every floor has a tile mosaic of an outfit that Dolly wore. If you can only stay one night it is worth the experience."
