Welcome to Music City Retreat - a dreamy condo in East Nashville, only 7 miles from the heart of downtown!

Every inch of space has been maximized in this open-concept condo with neutral furnishings, practical furniture, and cool accents. With the central location and extra living space, this becomes the perfect getaway for a couple or small family who desire easy access to the area’s most popular destinations.

The kitchen offers modern stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for you to enjoy any meal at home. You can expect to find a coffee maker and toaster in addition to the necessary cookware and flatware to whip up a delicious meal. This is an eat-in kitchen with seating for 2 at the center island.

The living room has a couch that doubles as a sofa sleeper, a Smart TV, and a sliding glass door that opens to the outside balcony. Steps from the living room you can find the bedroom with a King bed, Smart TV, and an en suite. The bathroom’s vanity provides ample counter space and a shower/tub combo.

A washer/dryer can also be found in the unit for your convenience!

East Nashville is just across the river from downtown and a perfect location to be close to the action of the city while still giving yourself some downtime...it’s vacation after all! This slice of town is deep-rooted in history and a hub for the arts, exceptional dining, shopping, and craft beer. Start your day with a morning brew from one of the locally owned neighborhood cafes and then seize the day with one of the many local attractions! Downtown Nashville is under a 15-minute drive and has popular destinations like the Country Music Hall of Fame, Johnny Cash Museum & Cafe, and The Nashville Farmers Market. The Grand Ole Opry is about a 10-minutes from the home.

They were very responsive when we needed help getting in the secure entrance after 10pm. Very helpful and timely with check in. It was well fitted with cookwares, silverware, plates and cups.

The stay was good - just what we needed and the property was exactly as described. Only suggestions are provide more hand towels in the bathroom and kitchen; an added towel rack and soap dish in the bathroom would have been helpful; and if possible having a box of tissues in the house would be good - small things can make a big difference.

The bed is hard as a rock, we did see that there was a mattress topper in the closet, but when you’re coming in late at night, you don’t have time to undo the whole bed and remake it again. The microwave was broken, there was black mold in the bathtub and shower, I found a large spider in the bathroom, there was a stain on the comforter. There definitely needs to be more hooks in the bathroom, maybe on the back of the doors for towels. And it was nice that there was complementary coffee, but there should be some Splenda and powdered sugar and powdered creamer if you’re gonna offer coffee. There were disposable cup tops but no cups as well. Needed to be restocked for sure. The walls are very thin and the neighbors were loud until 4 AM.

Great Stay!
Great location. Nice layout. Well supplied with supplies. Only issue was finding the place as there was no obvious street address on the building. Safe House Tattoo is in the front of the building which would be a good way to know where to turn in. The sofa couch might need an upgrade according to our son. Only a ten minute drive to downtown which was nice.

The little apartment was quaint. It was quite a bit away from downtown, so that was a bit of a bummer, but a nice little place nonetheless. Easy to get food delivered and pretty quiet.

Wonderful, seamless stay
As described and located in a wonderful posh quiet part of town away from all the downtown busyness and forever music scene in Nashville. We are YMCA members and this apartment is 2minutes by drive away from a local Y which was a plus for us. Close to hipster restaurants and other East Nashville venues. We had a wonderful time! Perfect for a couple without kids. Similar to apartments in NYC where I grew up.

The property was very nice and worked perfect for my short stay. The only thing I wish there was instruction on how to operate the TV. I am used to turn on a TV and watching. The streaming was a bit frustrating, so I did not get to watch my traditional cable news programs. I will definitely book this property again.

Great long weekend stay!
Our first time in Nashville and East Nashville was amazing!! Close to ALL the popular tourist things (We did Broadway, The Opry, etc) but East Nashville itself is so diverse, vibrant and fun, we could have stayed on this side of town the entire 4 days! Building was great; clean, quiet, and safe!
