We are a short ride to downtown, Broadway, Demonbreun St., Bridgestone Arena, & Nissan Stadium. Early bag drop before check in is available by request.

We were a party of 8 celebrating our daughter’s 21st birthday. The house was perfect for our stay. Plenty of room for everyone with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The kitchen was beautiful and spacious with an enormous island to gather around. The view of downtown from the roof top balconies was an incredible sight. The game room in the garage was an added bonus too. The hosts were quite accommodating and always responded quickly. When we come back to Nashville we would definitely like stay here again!

My husband and I, our teenage/adult kids and our dogs had a fantastic stay at this property between Christmas and New Year’s Eve! The property is very spacious for our party of 6 and the location is great! We were less than 10 minutes from Broadway and only a short drive over to the Opry Mills area. Quiet Neighborhood

Even with a bachelorette group next door, these condos are quiet and relaxing. We would have throughly enjoyed the rooftop area, if we would have had better weather. The manager replied very promptly with all communication. When we come back to Nashville, we will insure our dates allow us to stay here again!

50th birthday party with friends (couples) does Nashville

Overall the accommodations was nice. Having 4 rooms with each have private bath. Biggest complaint we had was the couch in the living room. It was a hot mess. Held together with duct tape, lol. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job cleaning Lots of areas that have not been cleaned in awhile. The outside of the building with all the trash cans that were everywhere made it seem kinda trashy as cans were overflowing and some tipped over causing trash to fly up and down the streets. Communication with host was great though. Overall we loved the property just surprised the couch was in such disarray.
