The Space:

Two front doors and two rooftops mean no family or friend group has to squeeze onto a shared couch. Everybody gets their own kitchen, living room, and bedrooms, then comes back together for rooftop evenings when the group wants to reconnect.



Home 1 puts the king primary suite on its own floor, with a queen bedroom and a third bedroom set up as a bunk room with 2 full beds and 2 single beds for the kids or the late arrivals. The open living room has a leather sofa and armchair facing the kitchen, and the kitchen itself has a pot filler over the stove and island seating for the group to gather around while someone cooks.



Home 2 is built the same way but sleeps its group differently: a king bedroom with 3 single beds, a second bedroom with 2 double beds and 2 single beds, and a third bedroom pairing a queen with a double, so larger families or a mixed-age group can each take their own room. It has its own full kitchen and living room too, so the two homes never have to share so much as a coffee maker.



Spend the day out around The Gulch and downtown Nashville, then head up to the fire pits as the skyline changes color and the neon sign on the rooftop clicks on. Split back into two homes at night, and everyone still gets a quiet place to actually sleep.

It's a good home base for families and larger groups who want Music City nearby but a calmer street to return to at night



Getting Around:

Downtown attractions, The Gulch, and Broadway are all a short rideshare away. BNA Airport is about a 12 minute drive, making arrivals and departures simple for larger groups arriving from out of town
