Newly renovated, one Bedroom one Bathroom riverfront condo fully updated with new walk-in shower and lighted mirror, new paint, windows and updated décor. Easy in and out with car travel, walking distance and fast Uber/Lyft (~$5) rides to lower Broadway, Germantown and area attractions.
The living space includes a leather queen, memory foam sleeper sofa, oversized leather chair & mounted flat screen TV.
The fully stocked kitchen consists of a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher & stove/oven. There is also a coffee pot with a start of drip coffee and Keurig cups provided. The bedroom features a king bed with a Tempur-Pedic Mattress, luxury crisp white linens and smart TV.
The unit has hardwood floors in the foyer, kitchen, living room and bedroom with a large area rug in bedroom.
High-speed Wi-Fi access and xfinity cable is provided for your entertainment and convenience.

Please place used towels on the bathroom floor. You can leave the linens on the bed. Load and start the dishwasher.
Please remove all trash and place in large dumpsters on the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please remove shoes when entering as a courtesy to our neighbors below and to keep the floors clean for future guests.
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 9am - this is a residential complex and while many units are short-term renters, there are many permanent residents

50th Anniversary Trip

This was absolutely beautiful. Close to Broadway but far enough to be quiet. Condo was super clean and perfect for us. Bed was Comfortable and Shower was nice. River view was nice when drinking my morning coffee and we actually had a Family of Groundhogs right below us. Mom and 4 Little Ones Thank Y’all for such a great week.

Rent with confidence!

The host are great! The location is perfect! The host are very responsive both before and during the stay. The neighborhood is very quiet, we didn’t hear anything from outside when we were in the rental. The location is perfect. Close enough to walk to broadway and far enough that you can be away from the action when you want to be. A lot of restaurants in walking distance if you don’t want to go down to broadway. We used Uber to get to any locations that were too far to walk and it was super easy. We stayed for 2 weeks and have zero complaints. Laundry facilities and pool are super accessible! Would definitely stay again. River views are beautiful and plenty of activity on the river to keep you entertained .

Wonderful 35th Anniversary

My husband & I stayed here for a week and it had everything we needed. The condo was exactly as stated. The view on the Cumberland River was beautiful. We'll definitely stay here again.

Roadtrip Stop from Texas

Great location, close enough to walk, not too much to Uber and away from the crowds to not be so loud. The covered parking was the best and the place was comfortable and very clean. We also appreciated the laundry mat and use of App to use and monitor loads. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice home away from home!!!

Quick Nashville Getaway

Julie is a great host! She was very responsive prior to and during our stay. Apartment is conveniently located close Broadway and many shops and restaurants within a short walk or uber ride. Place was super clean and comfortable, having all the necessities for a short stay. We definitely plan to stay here again for our next trip to Nashville.

Great place to stay

This Riverfront condo was the perfect place for our stay. Extremely clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable bed, nice balcony overlooking the River and easy access to downtown. It was a fairly short walk to the convention center but Ubers were easily available and we used them when it rained. Would absolutely recommend this condo for a Nashville rental and we look forward to staying here again when we return to Nashville.

Was very nice property and was so very clean! Had absolutely everything that we needed and more. Was a great view and so close to everything. Did not walk to downtown, used uber but was so quick to get one and less then $5 a trip. Owner was exceptional and made this trip so easy for me and I didn’t have to stress at all!!

The condo was just what we needed for our long weekend in the city. The check-in process was smooth and easy. Julie was very prompt in providing responses to any and all questions I had. We will definitely be back and hopefully next time we visit the road construction on 1st Avenue will be completed.

Fun Trip

My wife and I had a few days away from the kids and we absolutely loved our stay. It was a 15 minute walk to Broadway and maybe 35 to the Gulch. We took Uber home at night, but that was more due to weather than anything else. Never felt unsafe and would love to return in the future.
