Riverfront Beauty

This condo was beautifully located next to the river. It was the perfect size for the three of us, The decor was fun and all of the amenities were provided. Kim was kind enough to let us in early so we could settle in and eat lunch! Thank you again for sharing your home with us!

This location is great- within walking distance to downtown - with good shoes - the place is clean and has everything stocked. The check in/out process is seamless and communication is excellent with the owner. Stay here you will not be disappointed.

So much fun!!

We loved this place and will definitely be back! The river view is amazing and feeding the local wildlife off the balcony was quite entertaining! We were able to walk to Broadway each day and also enjoyed The Gulch and Capital View areas close by... So much to do!!

Nashville Business Trip April ;25

Condo was the perfect size for my brother and I for our business trip. Great location close to all the action on Broadway but just far enough away from all the noise and nightlife! Condo had everything you would need for any stay. Kim was amazing to deal with!! Not only was she VERY responsive to a couple questions I had prior to my arrival, but she was nice enough to let my brother and I check in early because the condo was not used the day before we arrived. Seems like we got lucky in that regard, none the less Kim could not have been any nicer to deal with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER PROPERTY!!

First time visitors

For our first stay in Nashville we choose Kim's condo. Her place was with in walking distances of Broadway and situated close to Germantown. Her set up.in the condo made it a very pleasant stay. She has thought of everything you might need or forgot, down to the hairstraightener.

Great Condo

Very nice, clean, well-stocked condo. The view of the riverr at night is beautiful. We were a party of two couples and there was plenty of room. Communication with the owner was extraordinary with all questions answered and she was extremely accomodating. Wonderful stay and we would definitely stay there again!

Great Stay in Nashville

Had a great time in Nashville. The property was very nice and located in a cool area of Germantown about 10 min from the hustle and bustle of Broadway. Relaxing but close to the chaos. The condo was nice and owners were great. Will come back.

So much fun

We had a great time in Nashville with friends and we loved the Condo! Beds were super comfortable and we loved sitting on the deck at night overlooking the river. Kim was great about answering our phone calls when we had a hot water issue. She came to the condo right away to take care of the problem. Would definitely stay again.
