The home is conveniently located within walking distance of local attractions and is just a quick drive to Downtown Nashville. It is spacious enough to sleep 9 people, with modern fixtures and a contemporary interior design that is sure to delight each guest who walks through the door.
Upon entry from the charming front porch, the main living space is outfitted with a fireplace, 55” smart TV, and comfortable seating that converts to a sleeper. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are open-concept and offer optimal entertaining options among guests. The kitchen is equipped with ample cookware and a full suite of high-end stainless steel appliances. A blender, toaster, and coffee maker are also available for your convenience. The extended kitchen counter is perfect for extra prep space and offers bar-seating for 2. Steps away, enjoy a more formal dining experience at the oversized table for 8 with luxe chairs.

This home comfortably sleeps 9 guests between 3 private bedrooms, each with comfortable furnishings and luxurious linens for sound nights of rest.
Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with 2 queen size beds, a gorgeous private balcony, and a beautiful ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, clawfoot tub, and walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and desk area.
Bedroom #3 is furnished with a queen and twin size bed.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Jack and Jill bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combo. The home has an additional half-bathroom.
- 2 parking spaces are provided underneath the carport.
- If you are bringing a pet, please note that the pet fee is not included in the total price. An additional flat fee of $150 applies, and a maximum of 2 pets are allowed in the unit. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.

Hope Gardens Sanctuary is in an ideal location with several major attractions within 2 miles of the property. If you’re in town to catch a game or concert, the Bridgestone Arena is 1.5 miles away. Guests can enjoy a leisurely stroll to the Nashville Farmers Market, plus The Bicentennial State Park, Germantown, and Capitol Building are all within comfortable walking distance. Great house and location

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and plenty of room. We didn’t use the backyard since it was cold with snow but this would be a huge bonus in the warmer months. Check in and check out was easy. The washer wasn’t working and they sent someone out within a few hours and was fixed. Great kitchen and two living areas was nice. The coffee bar area was a huge hit for my husband and son. We will try to get this place again when we come to Nashville again!

Perfect hidden spot close to everything

This house is in excellent condition. Very modern and attractive including kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry. Secure garage access and fully enclosed (per safe) back yard are big positives. Will stay here again.

A Taste of Nashville

It is in great location. Easy walk: Bicentennial Park, Indoor/Outdoor Farmers Market, and Area Parks. Moderate Walk: Broadway and Parthenon. We usually walked 1 way and Uber the other. We had a car, but cheaper to Uber than pay for parking. The house is furnished nicely. The kitchen equipment was perfect for easy meals. We would stay there again.

I visited Nashville with my parents and we had an amazing time! The backyard of the property was great and plenty of space for two dogs. The location is also great - you can get to downtown easily. I would stay here again!!

This was a large house with a great outdoor space. The cooling/ac was a little wonky and there were some minor issues that never really got fixed (there were no outdoor trash bins), but can’t really complain for what we needed the house for.

Morgan Wallen Concert

We stayed here for the Morgan Wallen concert on May 2nd and this was a great location to do that. Just far enough out of the tourist areas but close enough to enjoy and a great view of the city. Could not find trash cans but I believe that is an ongoing issue. Property management was easy to communicate with. Will stay again when we come back.

The property was beautiful inside. Very clean and remolded. However, we were disappointed with the proximity of the neighborhood to the Nashville sights. There was a broken mirror in the 2nd bedroom, not sure why it was not removed. Also- a lot of garbage in the carport- 4 full cans and we felt responsible to put it out- although none of it was ours! House was comfortable. Location not great!

Fantastic spot

The location of this property is great for getting to everywhere we wanted to check out in Nashville. Having multiple beds in the bedrooms was really helpful for having multiple single friends stay in one house. The house itself was really enjoyable and a great layout. We’ll definitely rebook in the future!
