Summary:
Hillwood Hideaway is a charming townhome just 15 minutes from Downtown Nashville and Music Row. Take a short Uber ride into town and explore the numerous local restaurants, breweries, museums, cafes, and more!

The Space:
The living room greets you with comfortable seating gathered around a Smart TV (Netflix, Disney +, ESPN, etc.). Right outside the French doors from the living room takes you to the balcony with patio seating. Dine and wine out here on sunny days!

The kitchen is equipped for homemade meals from a Keurig coffee maker, blender, electric stovetop, to a toaster! If you don't feel like cooking at home, we recommend checking out the local restaurants in Nashville! Indulge in classic Nashville hot chicken sandwiches at Hattie B's or try the famous dry rub ribs at Peg Leg Porker.

The master bedroom has a King bed, balcony access, and an en suite bathroom. The remaining 2 bedrooms have a Full bed. The 2nd full bathroom has dual sinks and a shower/tub combo.

There is a washer and dryer available for your use.

There are 2 assigned spots provided. The lot is shared with several commercial businesses.

Please note: If you are bringing a pet, please note that the pet fee is not included in the total price. An additional flat fee of $150 applies, and a maximum of 2 pets are allowed in the unit. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee.

I would for sure stay here again!

It does not sleep 8 as it states, the outdoor furniture really needs to be replaced, and it is in a hidden location… however we had such a good time and this place was cozy and served its purpose for a great trip! I would definitely stay here again! I also loved that it is right across from target!!

Weekend stay

Overall it was great! It was a little tricky find and get into the property but once we got past that it was fun. The parking was a little inconvenient but we figured out how to make it work for 3 cars. It’s in a convenient spot so that helped. Great stay!

Not terrible but needs work

Was difficult to find at night. Inside was fairly clean and looked like the pictures. 2 of the 3 beds were not comfortable. The car parking area had giant holes in the roof with boards hanging down and we only parked in the car port half way hoping nothing fell onthe cars.The wind blew off a big rubber matting and we reported it but nobody came to fix it. The outdoor patio was nice but the carpet under neath was deterated so bad that it brought in the materials inside. This place could be nice just needs some work. nibuunderneathour cars. Perfect Getaway

We spent 5 days using this property as our home base. The accommodations were perfect. This is tucked in behind a few other businesses, so it was hard to find initially, but that was the only issue. Getting to any venue, shops, and dinning was super easy. If we return to Nashville, we will be looking for this property first.

Came for New Year’s Eve and spent more time inside this cozy place with friends. Felt super safe walking around during the day and sleeping at night. Overall great time!

Property was just what we were looking for. Very quiet neighborhood only fifteen minutes from downtown, 20 minutes from the airport. Close to shopping and plenty of places to eat.

21st birthday bash

The property was great we loved the porch area it was nice to sit out there at night and enjoy a few drinks and just talk as friends. It was really easy to uber around town or get to down town to the bars. Everything was perfect for a wonderful birthday weekend to celebrate my 21st with my closest friends

Very spacious for my family!

My family and I enjoyed our stay! This was the perfect place for us! The place was very spacious, clean, and there were TV’s located in all bedrooms. I loved the privacy/size of the master bedroom and the bathroom. It was also very helpful to have a washer and dryer.

This is a condo that is up stairs and can be a little difficult to find.

There is alot is plenty of restaurants and grocery with in walking distance.
