We invite you to book your next family get away . Entertainers - bring your bus , we have parking and hookups : ! We have everything you'll need to host a formal or casual dinner by the pool. It's a great place to gather around the dinner table, by the pool and on the veranda for your morning coffee. We feature a huge gathering room with an 80 inch screen and a billiard table, Gym and mediation room . Great place to get out of the office and into a space to think , brain storm or just hang out and get to know others in your company or soon to be family !!. Only 30 minutes to Nashville airport, 15-20 minutes to downtown Nashville, Green Hills , Coolsprings Galleria, Vanderbilt and other medical facilities , and 10 minutes to Brentwood , Bellevue, and historic downtown Franklin. 5 minutes to Cheekwood , Bellmeade mansion, Ford Ice Skating Center, many parks and trials. Directly across from the street from the Harpeth Hills golf course and Steeplechase Equestrian center.
This is the perfect location for the Steeplechase, CMT awards or festival, Titans or Preds games or just taking in the beautiful sights and venues around Music City and or relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of that busy schedule. Daily rate is for up to 8 persons an additional $100 per night per guest over 8 up to 12. NO unregistered guest allowed on the property at any time . No parties or events allowed without prior consent and fees pay in advance. We reserve the right to decline at our own discretion. If a guest breaches our strict guidelines they will be asked to leave without a refund.

Perfect Nashville Stay

We absolutely loved our time here. The house is stunning, so much space and areas for people to gather. Huge, beautiful kitchen. Great outdoor area and pool. And awesome cozy tv room to hang. It’s a nice relaxing getaway but close to restaurants and all things Nashville. Highly reco.

Moms 100th Birthday Trip

We took my 100 year old mother to stay at this beautiful home to celebrate her birthday. It was exactly as described in the VRBO listing! Michelle was awesome to work with. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. And, the pool was amazing! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful large home with pool in good location outside Nashville

Gorgeous, large, well-equipped home with 5 bedrooms, 4 with king-sized beds, perfect for a group of couples. The exercise room, swimming pool and pool table were an added plus. The kitchen was well-equipped. Michelle was very responsive and answered our questions promptly.

Great place for a family vacation

The house was perfect for our party of 12. There was enough room for everyone to have their own space but also places for all of us to sit together and hang out. We enjoyed the pool table, the outdoor pool, and the space on the driveway to play basketball and spikeball. The house is well stocked and the owner was very responsive.

Extended Family Getaway

3 Generations, ranging from teenagers to grandparents. House took care of everything we needed. Plenty of space. Rooms were awesome. Pool was fantastic. It was a great experience for the entire family. Owner was super attentive to our needs. Truly one of the best experiences we've had.

Fun weekend with friends

We had a low key bachelorette weekend here. The facilities were phenomenal and had everything we needed and then some! Everyone had a fun and relaxing time. We even forgot some things when we left and Michelle was more than happy to send them to us! Highly recommend!

A delightful retreat

I recently hosted a group of friends for a retreat weekend. Music City Manor was the perfect location! The home was gorgeous and immaculately clean. We loved the history and all the incredible books on the shelves. All of the balconies make the experience extra enjoyable. We only wish we could have enjoyed he pool but it was too cold. We will be back!

Just amazing- the perfect place!

We stayed at the property for my wife's milestone birthday. When we arrived we were greeted with music and snacks, and a nice welcome note. 10 of us close friends were looking for the perfect place when we came across this amazing house. Super clean, very spacious, private and amazing backyard with a pool, comfortable beds and huge kitchen. Michelle was amazing all throughout, answering all of my inquiries within the hour. I'd definitely recommend, and we will most definitely be back! Thanks for everything. You really helped us have a great time!

Perfection

5 Stars. My friends and I have traveled to Nashville for the last 25 years and have never stayed in a better place. The house was beautiful, spacious and clean. Michelle was very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions that we had. The house also had everything that we needed. All 8 guest had their own space, but there were many wonderful common spaces that we could gather in. I can't think of anything that could have made the experience better!!!

Amazing in every way!

As soon as I saw this listing I fell in love with it! It was the perfect southern charm location I was looking for to celebrate my 50th birthday weekend in Nashville. The property was amazing and had plenty of room for all my guests to have their own private space. We enjoyed lounging by the beautiful pool all day before heading into the city at night. Michelle was the perfect hostess! She even added some personal touches to make my birthday special. She was quick to answer any questions I had and also shared several recommendations for local food and amenities. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Very highly satisfied!

Music City Magic

The Music City Manor was a magical escape into the centre of Nashville’s Best neighbourhoods. This well appointed mansion checked all the boxes! Michelle was an incredibly gracious host and had the dinner table set beautifully for an amazing family feast. As a party of 9 we had ample space to enjoy the holidays while being entertained by the kids with the piano and guitar on-site. The kitchen and decor are straight out of Southern Living and I can’t wait to experience it again one day in the warmer months! This is an impressive Estate home, 5 Stars all the way.

Much fun at Music City Manor!

My group of friends had a wonderful time in Nashville celebrating my birthday! The home offered everything a group of adults in their 50s could want or need—plenty of private space, bathrooms for everyone, a pool, comfortable spaces to gather. The home is on a road lined with luxury homes and it’s away from the craziness of downtown which is only a short 20 minute Uber ride away (super easy to get the Ubers too). Shopping was just down the road for food and necessities. Michelle was wonderful to work with and was willing to accommodate my pup if we ended up bringing her. She was great to communicate with before and during our stay and the welcoming snacks and water were much appreciated! Overall a wonderful place to stay!

Doctural Graduation celebration 2023 at Music Manor!!

This amazing house and property were absolutely perfect for our celebration of my daughter's graduation from Lipscomb University with her Doctoral of Pharmacy degree 2023!! From our first contact Michelle was wonderful to work with!! All her communications were quick and she was very accomodating! This house had plenty of room for all our family and friends to stay and enjoy the beautiful pool and backyard area (perfect for our party) which was incredible!! Everyone commented on how comfortable their beds were and we all had our own private space! The 2 upstairs shared showers proved to be no problem to share between the 2 bedrooms as each one had their own private sink areas. There were plenty of supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, soap , plates, cups, etc) The pool table was a huge hit! My crew played pool everyday! The poolroom huge couch and stunning TV were a great gathering spot to chill and watch a movie!! We saw a cornhole set outside but never got around to using it. Michelle addressed all our questions promptly and was a great host! We would rebook this gorgeously incredible home in a heartbeat!! Highly Recommended!!!!!!
