Wonderful place

Getting in and out of the property was easy. The location was great, lots within walking distance. Loved the stay all around, very accommodating! The property manager was extremely helpful throughout our stay, and very communicative.

Great Location & Price

Very clean and comfy spot that’s close to downtown. I was here for a conference and it was a simple walk to the music city center. The husk restaurant right next to it is a fantastic spot! 10/10 for the price would stay again.

Great Location

Can’t beat the location of this property. We walked to Bridgestone Arena and the bars on Broadway. The rental is clean and comfortable. The property is gated which was a nice added safety feature. Parking was easy. The owner gave us good directions and was easy to reach. We would stay here again without a doubt.

Great Location - Friendly Host

The property is gated, and includes parking in the gated area. The unit was beautiful and clean! We had a 10 - 15 minutes walk to Broadway, always felt safe. Communication with the host was great. My daughter and I came back late one night and received a low battery message on the check in pad to our unit. We messaged the host and he was there the next day to replace the battery and asked if there was anything else we needed. We had a wonderful stay!

Great Music City spot

Great place a short walk to Broadway. Condo was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Furnishings and appliances were all pretty new and in great shape. Bed, pillows and bedding were all great. White noice machine was a nice touch to eliminate city sounds. Good neighborhood and it’s in a secure condo property with gated parking if desired. Check in\out were seamless. Great communication with the manager. We would definitely stay again!

Mother Daughter Trip

The property was perfect and exactly as advertised. It was easy to find, included parking and clean. The location was convenient to downtown. Although we didn't use it, the kitchen was beautiful as was the bathroom and the bed was super comfortable. I'd stay again if I was back in the area.

Nashville Weekend

When we stay in Nashville we always try to find a place within walking distance of Broadway and this place was just right. Very clean, comfortable, and a short walk to downtown making for a perfect weekend. Casey our host was very responsive and communication throughout our stay was the best. Can Walk to Everything From This Location

Hi, This place is located central to everything we wanted/needed to do in Nashville. As mentioned it is noisy being a busy street is right next to it, but by running the box fan they had in the room, that took away the noise and made for a good nights sleep. We basically used this place to sleep and get ready, other than that we were not here much. Would rent again if we decided to come back to Nashville!!!

Lovely Place

Pleasantly surprised with the ease of the location of this property + it was a clean, convenient, and nicely decorated. The property is on a main road with some traffic. We walked everywhere. The check-in process was well explained to us and made it a breeze to find and get into the property. I would not hesitate to refer friends or family going to Nashville to stay at this affordable property and will definitely try to get back soon!
