Calming oasis

We rented 3 properties from Lauren for our group who went for a dance competition. All of them surpassed expectations. Great location, very clean and everything we needed to get ready and also get a good night's rest.

Beautiful house

This was a beautiful house close in close proximity to Vandy and all the fun spots in Nashville. The house was immaculately kept and the beds were super comfy!! We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Beautiful house for our Nashville getaway

The owner was great! Our group was able to get an early check-in, the house had a wonderful welcome basket and a list of helpful tips and places to visit/eat. The location was perfect for our group, only a short Uber ride to Broadway. The house was clean and exactly as pictured. We would definitely stay here again!

23rd birthday

This property was amazing! Coming for my 23rd birthday, a stay like this was just what I needed. Lauren was quick to come by when we were having trouble with the WiFi and she fixed it quickly. This stay is definitely an ideal spot for Nashville, not too far from anything.

Fantastic accommodations

This owner and host is so wonderful! Perfect place to celebrate my 40th Birthday with my friends and family! All the essentials for the stay including extra linens and towels. She made sure we had everything we needed for the trip! She was easily reached and always took care of any issues!

Great townhouse!

I had 10 people staying for my daughters college graduation, the place was centrally located, clean, lots of room and very organized. We all had a wonderful experience and will highly recommend and looking forward to coming back. My agent Lauren S was extremely helpful, courteous,kind and always easy to contact!

Perfect Bachelorette Party House

I stayed here with 7 girlfriends for my bachelorette trip and it was absolutely perfect! The house was so clean, set up so cute and the host was responsive and super helpful with anything we needed! The location was a quick Uber ride to anywhere we wanted to go. I highly recommend this house if you have a group of people coming to Nashville and will definitely stay here again! :)

Amazing Large House, Great location

We had the best weekend here for my sister's bachelorette party! The house was even bigger than we thought from the photos, really beautiful, and very well kept! It was close to everything we wanted to do - quick uber to Broadway, great bar nearby (The Local) with live music, was even nice to stroll to and through Centennial Park on our last day. Check in/out was super easy and all instructions straightforward and Lauren was super responsive throughout the trip. Would recommend again and again!

Excellent townhouse

We enjoyed the beautiful townhouse. It was very comfortable and spacious for the 6 of us. We liked that it was so quiet at night for a good's night rest. We enjoyed eating at the large kitchen table and sitting together in the living room area. Very clean and comfortable! Easy check in! Thank you! We will be back!

WOW!

WOW! What a gorgeous place! Lauren was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the entire booking process, the duration of our stay, and even during our check-out! Wedding weekend

The property was great! We were here for our sons wedding. We rented this unit and had fiends rent the one beside us. The location is close to pretty much everything. The only thing I didn’t realize is that the Master bedroom had 2 queen beds instead of a King bed. We made it work. The property was fantastic and Lauren was super easy to work with.

Sisters' week!

This was our first trip to Nashville and we had a wonderful time. The house was in a perfect location for us - quiet neighborhood but close enough to all the places we wanted to see. One of those places (Centennial Park and the Parthenon), was a 3 minute walk. We made breakfast at home everyday and the kitchen had everything we needed and two choices for making coffee. The beds were very comfortable and private. If steps are an issue for you then this lovely home is not an option. Our hosts, Lauren and Jen, were wonderful and always replied quickly. We would stay here again.

CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN!!!

I am so happy I found this place. Lauren is so nice and professional. This is the first time in a long time that I have booked a place and when you walk in it is so clean. When I say clean I mean clean. The only thing that I really didn’t like was the location and that is because a lot of the activities were downtown . But other than that I will definitely recommend renting this location. Did I forget to mention how clean the house was also well stocked with snacks. I will definitely rent here again!!!

This house is beautiful! 12 of us stayed here for a work convention in downtown NASH. There was plenty of sleeping room and the beds are so comfortable! The location is just a short uber ride and we enjoyed getting away from the hustle of Broadway between our meetings. Lauren was so responsive and accommodating before, during and after our stay. The guests before us had broken the coffee pot and another was quickly delivered after we arrived. The house was very clean, we had plenty of towels and wash clothes and the face clothes were so luxurious I'm ordering some for myself to use at home. Definitely recommend this property.

21st Birthday

We were in Nashville to celebrate a 21st birthday. We rented two units, side by side and both condos were amazing! We appreciated the snacks and stocked beverages, as well as the great communication with Lauren. The layout of the condo accommodated all of our guests easily and the location was very convenient to Broadway. Overall, we had a such a fun weekend, and the condos were a big part of our experience. Highly recommend!
