Please note this building is in the very heart of downtown Nashville. We are not responsible for any uncontrolled variables outside of this building such as noise, private or public events, construction, etc. that may be happening outside at the time of your trip.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a railway track next to the building and trains can run at unpredictable times often at night as well and can be noisy at times.

As with any large metropolitan city, use caution in areas that are unfamiliar or off the beaten path, and use your best judgment. You can easily walk to all main attractions including Broadway, Music City Center, Bridgestone, Country Music Hall of Fame, and much more. However, when headed away from downtown, such as in The Gulch area (south), Lyft or Uber is recommended.

This place was in a great location! Not too far from broadway and right near some great restaurants. My friends and I came here for our spring break and this place made our trip. It was clean and very spacious for the 5 of us!

Nashville was our choice for this years girls trip…and this condo did not disappoint! Mark is an amazing host and the condo was amazing. It has everything we needed..and decorated so wonderfully. Comfy pillows and sheets, fluffy towels, these things matter !! It even has a wagon to go get groceries!! 5 stars ⭐️

The property is as advertised. Very comfortable. Nicely stocked. French press coffee is a nice touch. The host is super responsive which was helpful as my friend had a heck of a time getting the latch app to work. The main issue is not the hosts fault. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy as it is right next to a homeless shelter so walking any where at night as a female isn’t the greatest. We took Lyft everywhere so was still t

Overall, really nice place. Decor and amenities are well done. Space was comfortable, clean, and hip. They mention the train and they aren't kidding. It does go by RIGHT next door. If you think you'd be easily bothered by that, then it might not be for you. But really, it didn't end up bothering my family at all. The parking garage is a bit tight for larger vehicles, and a little awkward layout getting to elevators and down hallways, too. But those things were quite minor. The ease of access to Broadway, Music Row, the Country Music Hall of Fame, etc. were worth the location. Views from the balconies were neat and plenty of space to spread out and unwind. My family of 4 was happy with this rental!
