Located in the heart of Nashville, experience our South of Broadway (SoBro) apartment suites that delightfully blend the luxurious benefits of a boutique hotel with the familiarity of home. The SoBro Guest House is within easy walking distance of the city’s best restaurants, shopping, and world-renowned music and entertainment.

Each guest at SoBro Guest House will enjoy private spaces designed with Parachute linens, Apple TVs, local Good Citizen coffee, and Public Goods amenities. Every apartment suite includes a complete kitchen, private bedroom, full bathroom, and a living room. To bring a little more Nashville to your stay, each unit is decorated with one-of-a-kind art from local artist Nathan Brown.

Free parking is available in the lot in front of the building. Parking is first-come, first-served, and is limited to one spot per reservation.

We offer a seamless and contactless self check-in process. After booking, you will receive a link to fill out our security verification portal, and once your reservation date arrives you will receive all of the details you need to access your apartment suite via our keyless entry system. We will be available by email and text should you need anything before and during your experience.

Please contact us if you're interested in booking multiple apartment suites for group reservations.

Great spot!

This is my second time staying at this property and I loved it just as much as the first time! The property was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is also perfect - a very short walking distance to downtown. I plan on visiting again!

Great spot to stay!

Awesome little apartment for a long weekend getaway! Very clean and so comfortable. Not quite as close to Broadway as we were expecting from the description, but an easy walk. And it does have a hairdryer! We’d totally stay here again!

Perfect Location

We went to Bridgestone for a concert and this is the perfect spot for downtown. We loved the cute look of this little place, also checking in and out was very easy. The management are awesome and very quick to respond to any questions. Only downfall is the walls are very thin so you can hear everything. But overall the location is hard to beat.

OVERNITE GETAWAY...

OMG this was a really nice apartment and was totally clean and a great location. We couldve use more blankets, pillows and washcloths and towels so i went n purchased my own for a overnite stay to be able to take a few showers. Great walking distance to everything downtown!! Yes I would use this location again!!

Everything went very well in communication for the most part was great. We decided to stay here because it had a full kitchen and we thought it would be great to cook meals in the room and save some money on dining out. Unfortunately the refrigerator was broke and we had to buy a cooler and we’re only able to keep drinks and wine cool

Great Spot, Great Location

This has everything you would want in a short or long stay. I stayed for 10 days. I couldn't figure out how to use the washer, someone was prompt in answering my questions and getting it going. It was easy to get the things I needed like garbage bags and even a fresh towel. I didn't LOVE the bed but I am picky. Comfortable and full of all you would need.
