My family and I absolutely loved staying at the “Lazy C”. The home was roomy, clean, comfortable and cozy, well equipped with everything we wanted/needed, and well situated just minutes from downtown Franklin. The neighborhood and surrounding area was quiet, beautiful, and very family-friendly. Our youngest who is only 8 loved playing outside in the backyard.

My husband and I took my Mother to visit my brother who lives in Franklin. We stayed at The Lazy C and it was a great choice. It was a quiet area and good central location to everything we wanted to do. The house was clean and well stocked. We would stay there againwould stay and well stocked up

This VRBO was very nice, accurate description, and the host provided us with snacks, drinks, plush towels and comfy beds.She even had half and half for our coffee!Rooms are large, kitchen complete with everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. Property is well maintained and very comfortable for our group of 6. Property owners had coffee and creamer available at arrival which was great because we didn’t have time to stop at store. Great location, just a 25 minute Uber drive to broadway and bars!

We had a great experience at Joyce’s property. Everything was very clean when we got there, the kitchen was fully stocked and even had nice little extras like coffee and sodas in the fridge. Beds were super comfy and extra blankets were plentiful. Joyce was quick to respond to me and very helpful. Would highly recommend staying here!
