Front desk staff and staff at breakfast were very nice and helpful. Issue with management. We had to leave early due to illness, and the front desk manager advised we would not be charged for the two nights planned, but for which we were not able to stay at the property. However, afterwards we WERE billed for the two additional nights. Be advised - Property has exterior hallways and there is construction currently being done around the property.

We arrived a little early for check in and were greeted with open arms by all the staff . The entire staff was very friendly and helpful including valet parking .

This is really a motel which I wish I knew as a solo female traveler. It was safe but I prefer more than just a door between me and the world. Their gym is also not a gym but a storage room with a few machines and no treadmill. The bartender was very nice and the staff was helpful. The breakfast is basic eggs and bacon, English muffins, etc.

Our room was facing the street. Very loud with cars going by. The room was clean but is very dated. TV was at least 10 years old.. Not worth it for the price paid. Nothing mentioned on Expedia about the 30 bucks a day to valet your car so that was an unexpected expense. Staff was very nice and courteous.

First I want to give a shout out to Ms. Gwen front desk clerk she’s awesome, thank you for being so nice and informative about things to do in Nashville. Over all the staff was great. The hotel is a little dated but its very clean and in walking distance to the Broadway strip. If I ever go back to Nashville I will stay at this hotel again for surr.
