Perfect for large groups, girls weekend, corporate and wedding groups as it’s central location is 8-15 mins from top venues. 30 mins to downtown Nashville & 15 mins from historic downtown Franklin.

Please inquire if your looking to use the location for a photo, video shoot, wedding, rehearsal dinner, reception, shower or any large gathering/event/party which would be an additional fee. This is defined as more guests on property than are paying to stay at the house. Please also be up front if you intend to use for a retreat.

This 3 story 4,545 sq ft, 6 bedroom, 9 bed, 4.5 bathroom farmhouse sits on 11+ acres with a beautiful view of a pond.
