Our joyful and colorful townhouse overwhelmed with natural light is located in a tranquil residential neighborhood on top of a hill in West Nashville/Midtown. Ideal for friends visiting Music City for the 1st time, parents visiting their children at Vandy, or family reunions! This spacious and stylish home offers the perfect blend of comfort, fun and convenience.

- 1st Floor Bedroom: 2 queen beds with an ensuite bathroom.
- Living Room: A sleeper sofa for additional guests.
- 3rd Floor Guest Bedroom: 2 queen beds with an ensuite bathroom.
- 3rd Floor Suite: A luxurious king bed with a walk-in closet and a spa-like ensuite bathroom.
This townhouse is managed by Humming Host, a Boutique and local property management company like no other :) We are a band of women dedicated to the guest experience, and passionate about hospitality. We can promise you the following:
- We will always answer the phone
- We will share our favorite local spots and tips
- We will check the house before your arrival to ensure nothing is missing
- We will provide everything you need (local coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, sponge, paper towels, dishwasher soap, eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner and body wash, enough toilet paper, etc), and nothing you don't need (no clutter, you can enjoy plenty of space for your own belongings)
- We will not do anything shady or unreasonable
- We thoroughly inspect each property before every stay to ensure everything is working properly. If you experience a maintenance issue during your stay, please let your host know as soon as possible. We will always do our best to resolve the issue promptly, but please note that repair times may be subject to contractors' availability.
In exchange, we expect our guests to:
- Be respectful of the house, and our team
- Give us the opportunity to fix anything that might go wrong (we can intervene during your stay, if you need anything!)
- Enjoy your stay!
1) Please note that a pre-check-in link will be sent to you after the reservation is confirmed. During this process, you will need to:
- Sign a rental agreement
- Provide a picture ID
2) Pet policy: this property is pet-free. Please inform your host if you have a service dog.
3) This is a smoke-free environment
4) For same-day bookings, we reserve the right to push the check-in time to 6:00 PM
5) Please respect our quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM.
6) Please only use the parking garage that is dedicated to your unit.
7) Please do not tape the walls, or do anything that damages the paint. Any damage is sole responsibility of the Guest.
8) No parties or gathering allowed. Please do not use any glitter/confetti or tape inside the apt
9) For stays of 14 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of the same amount as the original fee will apply
10) Host reserves the right to enter the property with reasonable notice for inspection or to address necessary maintenance issue.
11) No more than 8 people (for 1 and 2BD properties) and 12 people (for 3 ad 4Bd properties) allowed in the property at any time
12) Guest who books must be 21 or older and must be present at check-in and throughout the stay
13) For guest's safety, there are cameras on the premises. No undisclosed camera or recording devices are inside the property
14) -A $40 Damage Waiver is included in the reservation. This is a non-refundable “peace of mind” fee that will give the Guest the peace of mind of not being charged a high fee for damages in the event of an accident that causes damages to the property. Guest will be covered for damages up to $1,500. If damages exceed $1,500, the guests will be charged.
