The Sage Estate - Only 6 Minutes from Downtown

Welcome to the Sage Estate! Stately, stunning, and breathtakingly unique, this new 4 bedroom/3.5 bath is truly the answer to your Nashville vacation dreams! The striking exterior is complimented by a contemporary interior that is the perfect on trend combination of modern industrial meets modern farmhouse! Be prepared to completely fall in love with the rich character of the building, the vibrant design elements of the space and the incredibly spacious light filled layout! Stylish conversational decor can be found in nearly every room making the entire home an interesting and beautiful place to soak in during your Nashville stay. When you are ready to venture out, you won't need to go far for incredible food, as this home is nestled within 2 miles or less from East Nashville's most swoon-worthy restaurants, like Butcher & Bee, City House, Tree House and more. You'll even have a few choices within walking distance!

Layout: 
The first floor of this gorgeous rental is comprised of 2 living spaces, dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook, and half bath. The second floor has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms. Don't forget to relax on the two outdoor decks!

Parking:
There is plenty of free street parking available!

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time. 

Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.

For real though, we all live locally and are around to answer questions about the listing or to simply offer recommendations on the best mimosa for brunch.

.Cleaning

Frustrating to enter and find location dirty. Up and coming are jargon for a mess of a neighborhood. Hidden fees are not being spent appropriately on cleaners or managers are not monitoring.
