Great and clean hotel with lots of amenities. Concierge and staff were nice, only had one negative interaction with a hostess on the rooftop bar who wouldn’t allow us to come in since “tables were full” although we were alright with standing and saw several others doing the same. She eventually let us in but it felt like pulling teeth…however the serving staff was great! Nice clean rooms and close to everything in Broadway!

Stellar hotel for all things Downtown Nashville

The Westin was a gorgeous, well-appointed hotel within walking distance of all of downtown Nashville's main attractions: Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum, the Gulch restaurants and shopping. Quick and easy drive to both the airport and Gaylord/Grand Ole Opry area, as well. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, the Westin "Heavenly Bed" is always fantastic. Staff here was top notch, friendly, helpful and attentive. Highly recommend!

It was safe, quiet, and the staff was incredibly nice. What i did not care for was the fact that it's an upper class hotel and there are a few things missing-airport shuttle, little store for missing items, a coffee bar (not for paid coffee or in room)
