"I really enjoyed the exclusivity of the property. I didn’t find the need to leave much because everything was in the building - gym and pool specifically. The pool area is amazing and very comfortable. The gym was really clean and had great machines. My room also had everything that I needed. My only complaint is the smell of the unit - it smells like drainage. "

"The space was cute and had everything that we needed for our time at CMA Fest. It was walkable to Broadway And in a safe area. The downfall were that there is no parking here and not even a drop off area in the parking lot also, there is massive amount of construction going on around this property that is in the very beginning stages so I can imagine it will be happening for a long time. These were inconveniences, but the biggest problem is the retrofit air conditioners in the space do not...

"Very satisfied with Studio 154. Very well located to Nashville activities. Almost everything was walking distance. Plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. So close to Broadway, a person can walk safely to and from. Far enough away, a person can relax and have a quiet evening. The management on site during our stay was Joanne. Absolutely marvelous. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. When we return, which will be soon, this is where we are staying."

"Great location if you are looking at downtown. Noisy until bar closure but nothing that will prevent you to sleep. Beautifully decorated. Has 1.5 bathroom, wich is super convenient. Cleanliness was not to my standard."

"Be sure to confirm late checkout as they won’t allow you on the property at all without it after 11:00AM. There is a 50 dollar fee for late checkout so keep that in mind….."

"Great property! It was walking distance to Broadway and Capitol Park area. There was easy access to interstates for navigating the city (Opry and other tours). Nearby public parking was convenient but expensive (standard Nashville rates). There are homeless people residing in the area, but we never felt unsafe. There is a lot of construction, but this is all over downtown Nashville. Go to the coffee shop across the street for breakfast! It is a great place for a group to stay! The living area...

"Clean, comfortable and great location. I think someone was giving a hippo tango lessons upstairs, though. It’s irritating that they make us not only pay for my own TV source (e.g. Hulu), but mow also pay for Chromecaster just to watch TV at the end of the day. Also note that the ground floor looks out into a parking lot and sidewalks, so you have to keep the curtains closed if you don’t want to feel like you’re in a fish bowl. Otherwise, it’s a fine place to stay. "

"Customer service is absolutely impeccable, even at 3am. Check in was a breeze, in and out access was so easy. The studio was impeccable. The bright white sheets even smelled great. 1 towel was deeply stained and 1 was dirty, but there where were many to choose from. I would suggest soaking the shower head, but the pressure was fantastic. These were minor compared to other places. I want to come back to Nashville just to stay here again!"
