"Couldn’t have been happier with the accommodations! Check in process was well communicated and easy. There was always staff member in the lobby if we had questions. Loved the Latch App for entry- Brilliant! Broadway about a mile away- it’s a nice walk in the day and quick Uber to get home at night. There is a railway near the property but I didn’t find it disruptive at all. Hope to return when it is warmer to enjoy the pool!"

"We had a large group visiting for a 21st birthday. The property manager was extremely responsive to our request for early check in. The home was clean, modern and nicely decorated. The kitchen area with the large island and table provided plenty of seating.The beds were comfortable. and we appreciated the private den with 2 additional single beds in order to accommodate our large group.We had time to enjoy the gameroom and used the upstairs patio every morning to have our coffee. "The property was beautiful inside. Very clean and remolded. However, we were disappointed with the proximity of the neighborhood to the Nashville sights. There was a broken mirror in the 2nd bedroom, not sure why it was not removed. Also- a lot of garbage in the carport- 4 full cans and we felt responsible to put it out- although none of it was ours! House was comfortable. Location not great!"

"Located in a cluster of 3-story townhomes, this property offers unique and well-designed spaces to accommodate 3-5 couples or a guy's or gal's getaway. We were 3 couples in our 60s/70s/80s who walked to main Broadway venues in a casual 30 minutes several times in our 4 days there with no problem. Plenty of good places to eat on the way to Bway too. 2 large BRs have en suite bathrooms. Other 3 are smallish with bathrooms out in the hall. All BRs are adequate for a several day stay. Main...

"Wonderful location, walkable to restaurants/bars & music on Broadway and Germantown pubs. Condo has balcony with great view. Enjoyed sunrises & sunsets. Only one bedroom has TV and 2nd TV in living room. Coffee pot uses ground coffee and filters were provided. Hand soap provided in each bathroom & plenty of towels. Dish soap & sponge & dishwasher pods provided. Train runs nearby (scenic & not noisy). Path along water has some bikers & joggers and sadly some homeless nearby but always felt safe....
