"Cottage was immaculate and stocked with everything that we needed for our short stay. Very comfy and cozy, and was perfect for what we needed. The cottage is situated in a beautiful area. Host was super accommodating to anything we requested and was very responsive to questions. Location is convenient to Nashville and is minutes away from downtown Franklin with shopping and delicious food. We loved it, and will definitely book again when we return to the area! "

"Our destination was nice and clean. Plenty of comfortable beds, easily slept 6 adults and every bedroom had their own adjourning bathroom. Enjoyed the main floor being roomy enough for all of us to hang out, play games, watch tv and have breakfast before heading out for the day. Was a quick, easy trip to downtown Nashville and nice to have a gated parking lot. Hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. If we head back to Nashville we will stay on site again!"

"Nice property on Cumberland River. Ceiling fan in downstairs bedroom didn’t work. No hair dryers available. Kitchen drawers were unorganized (several junk drawers with unnecessary items) and no organization to pots and pans and bakeware…items were literally just kind of thrown into cabinets. Outside area going down to the dock could use some bush trimming. Some of the stairs leading off the upstairs porch are getting loose and need repair for safety. "

"We stayed here for a few nights.   The house was big enough for our party, 5 adults, 2 teens and an infant.   Any more than that would have felt a bit cramped.  The house was very well decorated with high qualities and thoughtful touches (washing tablets and individual soaps).  The surrounding area was perfect, trees and some neighbours at a good distance.   Very limited traffic past the house.  Great deck and outdoor space, huge games area.  Well setup kitchen.  If we are back in the...
