Living and dining shall be on the First Floor not the 3rd floor. Waste of useful space. It seems the place is good for single people hang out but definitely not for a family vacation. NO closet on bedroom at third floor? No closet for the bunker bed in hallway? very weird space distribution. NOT...

"We were in town for a competition in Franklin and Over Yonder was the perfect place to escape from the chaos. It’s quiet and peaceful. The beds were comfortable. They had everything we needed.
