"It was clean but outdated. It smelled funny when we first got in the room because the air conditioning was off and the refrigerator wasn’t plugged in. We plugged it in and it worked but had stuff we wanted to put in there right away. Other than that it was fine and we only stayed one night. Wish it had a hot tub as some of us still like to use them for sore muscles! "

"The floor in our room wasn’t swept and I found a used tissue behind my bedside table. The tv remote control had buttons that stuck. They charged an extra $10 for parking. Their only saving grace is that the staff were super friendly. I liked the variety of items on the breakfast buffet, but it was a hit or miss on whether it was good. "

"Perfect location in a clean and pretty quiet area of downtown just two blocks away from all the crazy nightlife - bars and music. Very friendly staff. The hotel has valet parking but there is also lots of indoor and outdoor parking space nearby which you can reserve via an app. There is a convenience grocery store next block in case you need an extra to-go drink of if you forgot something important at home. "

"Room wasn’t clean and beds weren’t made. Wet towels left on floor. Had to move to a different room. We had a disabled son and the new room didn’t suit our son’s needs. I had to request to be moved back to original room the next day. I’m sure it was an overbite but staff really not prepared for problems. "
