From check in, showing us our lagoon suite, beach towels, recommendations and being friendly and professional they had it all 10/10! Travelling with a 2 year old and 5 year old they made us feel seen, safe and welcomed! The pool was great, the lagoon was calm and peaceful and the mango slush beverage at the wet bar was chefs kiss.
