室内はチョット古さを感じましたが広くてゆったりしました、暖房が弱く夜は少し寒かったです。 清潔さについて、座布団をよけたら小梅大の異物が有りひと騒ぎしましたが、乾燥した花がらでした！

お風呂は最高でしたが、部屋が… 理由は判りませんが部屋二入った途端咳と鼻水が止まらなく チェックアウトした途端症状がピタっと止まりました。 恐らく埃っぽかったのでハウスダストかカビ菌の影響かと想像。リピーターは正直考えておりません。

お勧めしません。

部屋はカビだらけ特に窓枠隅のガラスなど壁紙は剥がれているし室内の湯吞茶碗やガラスコップ等も汚れていた。冷蔵庫は配線はむき出し中は汚れやカビ到着したら自分でコンセットにつなげた。 食事は5時半から6時40分でビッフェタイプですが今までの中では数が少ないし味は最低でした。 まあまあなのは温泉だけでした。安かろう悪かろうでは2度と利用しません。

露天が空っぽ

非常に暑い日でしたので露天風呂は朝早くに入ろうとしましたが夜中に誰かが風呂の栓をぬいて空っぽでした。とても残念でした。簡単に栓をぬけるようにしては駄目ですね。他のお風呂は良かったです。

食器などはもう少し良いものを使ってほしいし部屋の掃除は必須と思います。 露天風呂の雰囲気は良かったのですが熱くて入れませんでした、42度の設定らしいですが設定以上かと思います。

コスパに優れる温泉ホテル

親子三人で宿泊。総じて、コスパ抜群の温泉ホテルです。 古い温泉ホテル。日-月の宿泊でしたが、老人会でいっぱいでした。 他の予約サイトでも食事が最悪と酷評でしたが、飲み放題にまぁまぁのバイキングで、舌の貧しい自分たちは十分満足でした(確かに朝食のバイキングは美味くはなかったけども…)。 温泉はさすが那須塩原。泉質最高です。 貸切露天が7つあって、無料なのは素敵ですが、自分らが借りたところは蟻がすごくて妻が気持ち悪がってました。 共同の内風呂と露天は最高です。 高級な温泉ホテルに慣れた方には微妙なのかもしれませんが、値段を考えれば文句なしです。また行きたい。

清潔さは少し足りないけど おじいちゃん、おばあちゃんが頑張って働いてるホテルと思えば 全然問題ない気がします 色々期待しなければいいんですね 露天風呂はすごくよかったです

予約が入っていないと言われました。同じ系列の別のホテルに予約したのでは？と言われ、そんなことないということで、予約確認のメールを見せたところ、再度裏に確認に行き、やっと予約が入っていることが確認できました。危うく宿泊できないところだったので、その辺もう少しシッカリして欲しいと思いました。

他の方も口コミで書かれてますが、コスパを求めるならば良いかもしれません。 以下は完全に個人的な見解です。 チェックインの際に、フロントの女性に、「大人二人分で予約になってます。お子さんがいるならば追加料金を払って下さい」と言われ、ホテルズドットコムの予約確認メールを見せると、渋々「じゃあ結構です」と言われました。 廊下が狭く、何だか昔の野戦病院みたいな印象。部屋の大きさの割にテレビが異常に小さい。ベランダは同フロアのベランダが完全に繋がっており、隣の部屋との間に棒が一本あるだけ。鳥が巣を作っていて、ベランダ一面に鳥の糞。。掃除してる風でもない。 何より驚いたのが、夕食の時間と朝食の時間にけたたましい音量で案内の放送が入る。 朝、ゆっくり寝たい人は迷惑以外の何でもない。 食事の評判は悪かったので、チェックイン時に「食事は外で食べるので要りません」と言ったら、壁の後ろにいるであろうスタッフに若干怒り口調で「食事キャンセルー！！」と叫んだあの女性スタッフには本当にガッカリしました。 お年寄りには人気あるのは何となく分かりますが、普通の家族連れの方にはお勧めしません。 こんな事なら倍のお金を出してでももっとまともな旅館に泊まれば良かったと後悔しか残らない旅行になりました。

予約なっていないと言われました。フロント対応だめです。

一週間前に予約し、カード決済したのですが、フロントでは予約を受け付けていない部屋がいっぱいなので同じ系列の近くのホテルをお金を払って泊まってくださいと言われ、ホテルドットコムの担当の方に連絡し、話してもらい、無料でほかのホテルの泊まってきました。(無料というか、すでにカードで払っていますので)ただ、そのことで２時間近くすったもんだ。ホテルとして、申し訳ありませんや、お待たせして申し訳ありません等の一言もなく、視線もすごく冷たかったです。面倒な客が来たなという感じです。とても嫌な思い出です。
