"Very great communication leading up to and throughout our trip. Staff was very helpful especially in arranging rides around town and to the airport early in the morning. The room was comfortable and the shower water was high pressure and very hot. Convenient to the Plaza de Ponchos and a welcome calm space at the end of the day."

"Mi primera vez en Ecuador y me alegró haber escogido éste lugar como destino por 2 noches. El lugar es impresionante de hermoso y con ambiente familiar. Lo que más hizo del lugar uno perfecto fué su personal, súper amables, atentos y la comida riquísima. El detalle que me cautivó fué su disposición Sus animales, los perros y el gato súper cariñosos. Me encantó la experiencia y volvería a quedarne muchas veces más. Muy recomendado!"

"This hotel is a must. The entire property is an art piece, each detail is absolutely stunning. The attention from the moment we got there was perfection. Each staff member was so friendly, professional and helpful. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed to be comfortable for our stay. Each night our beds were warmed with hot bags and a fire started to warm the room. Breakfast was a dream with attentive staff, quick service, and fresh, delicious food. The property was breathtaking and so beautifully manicured. My family member’s wedding was out of a fairytale in this beautiful property. Cons: nothing noted! Conclusion: I would love to stay here again and would 100% recommend."
