It was good overall, I'm giving it 4 stars because there was a very annoying issue regarding the door key. It would need reprogramming almost every day, and it was really frustrating when I got the the door at the third floor and realised it wasn't working. It's rated 3.5 out of 5 stars and I think the rating is accurate.

Gostaria de começar falando sobre a recepção, área muito bonita, bem decorada e ótimo atendimento da equipe de recepcionistas. Há uma pequena área compartilhada para quem precisar usar micro-ondas e ferro de engomar. No entanto, é possivel verificar que nas áreas dos quartos, principalmente no prédio anexo, onde ficam os quartos 400 a 700, necessita-se de manutenção urgente, paredes com mofo, elevador muito velho e pequeno. Minha família e eu ocupamos 3 quartos, todos com paredes mofadas. Outra coisa que não me agradou foi o fato de entre um quarto e outro não ser parede de alvenaria, mas de Drywall sem nenhum revestimento acústico. Todas as madrugadas acordava com o choro de um bebê que estava no quarto ao lado do nosso. Além disso, era possível escutar os adultos falando no quarto vizinho. O café da manhã, apesar de gostoso, muito repetitivo, não há variação e poucas variedades. O hotel carece de uma reforma de manutenção visando melhorar. Outra coisa que nao me agradou, o local parece um labirinto, demorei para me acostumar, para ir ao meu quarto precisava pegar 2 elevadores, desnecessário. Acesso à cobertura, muito difícil, necessário subir uma escada que fica numa parte escondida, totalmente íngreme.

Hotel nada moderno

Estrutura do hotel bem antiga, parece um labirinto, difícil achar os quartos, precisa subir diferentes escadas para encontrar alguns quartos (e os elevadores nem sempre estão funcionando), vc se perde lá dentro. Café da manhã mediano, com pouca variedade, faltou um pão de queijo, por exemplo. O cartão que abre os quartos SEMPRE dá problema, toda vez que íamos abrir o quarto precisava passar na recepção para remagnetizar o cartão. Ar condicionado antigo e não gelava tanto. Nem sempre a água quente do banheiro estava quente. O check-in foi bem lento, ficamos 2h aguardando. Para usar a coberta precisa pedir na recepção e você mesmo tem que levar na recepção no check-out (e eles não avisam isso quando entregam). Garagem (além de ser paga por fora da hospedagem) tem poucas vagas e extremamente apertada, difícil manobrar lá dentro. Pedi quarto com 2 camas de solteiro e só tinha pronto na hora do check-in 1 quarto com cama de casal. Enfim, vários detalhes que podem ser melhorados.

O hotel é bem localizado, porém a acomodação oferecida carecia de manutenção. A água quente não funcionava, assim com o aparelho Split não resfriava. Já a TV acusa o tempo de uso com as imagens desbotadas. Durante a estada surgiram formigas no quarto e baratas no banheiro, além dum cheiro forte de esgoto. Quanto ao café da manhã, sofrível, com poucas opções e que não são repostas no bufete em tempo razoável ao atendimento da demanda. Ao reclamar na recepção, a solução oferecida para os problemas no quarto foi um aposento inferior, sem vista, com chuveiro elétrico.

Fomos bem atendidos por um rapaz da recepção onde ele nos ajudou a deixar as malas no maleiro e nos autorizou a usar áreas comuns do hotel até vagar o quarto pois chegamos antes do check-in! A estrutura do hotel é belíssima!! O quarto deixou muito a desejar, o banheiro super pequeno, espelho completamente enferrujado, a parede no primeiro dia tinha manchas de infiltração mas estava sequinha até então, a noite uma luz queimou no quarto, avisamos na recepção e disseram que seria arrumada no dia seguinte. No dia seguinte no café da manhã achamos sem muitas opções e quando subimos ao quarto estava completamente molhado pois a parede tinha voltado a infiltrar…

A experimentar foi boa. No início nos indicaram um quarto diferente do que havíamos reservado, mas fizeram a alteração de imediato. Os recepcionistas foram exatamente atencioso e sem dúvidas voltaremos. Um ponto importante é a manutenção do banheiro, pois o do quarto que ficamos estava com mofo.

Estadia razoável. Alugamos o local pelo fato de ser de frente para o mar, não era. Tivemos que pedir para nós remanejar de quatro assim que liberassem um com vista para o mar. Não havia cobertor nos quartos, primeiro dia tive que dormir com o forro da cama, a noite choveu e fez frio. Quando solicitei na recepção disseram que não tinha pois não havia chegado da lavanderia. Pedimos um talher e eles cobraram da gente um talher de plástico que quebrou quando começamos a comer. O chuveiro no horário de pico não tem água quente. Fora isso o atendimento e a limpeza do local estava em boas condições.

TEM UM MIRANTE COM VISTA INCRIVEL Comida razoavel. Unico ponto negativo foi encontrar baratas no banheiro e no armario. Depois que matei as 2 baratas nao apareceu mais. Como estava sozinho ....sem mulher no quarto... relevei em consideracao aos pros . FORA ISSO EU RECOMENDO E VOLTARIA

Maravilhoso!!!

Muito bom!!! E com certeza vamos voltar ao hotel. Minha família ficou muito feliz com o lugar, a estádia, dormimos bem! A recepcionista foi maravilhosa nos atendeu super bem, tive um probleminha com documentos e conseguimos resolver. Tudo bem organizado, e limpo, juntos e eu e minha família amamos o café da manhã!!! É todo o lugar é bem aconchegante. As músicas tocadas ao vivo foram ótimas. Certeza voltaremos a passar uns dias neste hotel novamente!

QUARTO SEM CONFORTO!!!

Ao chegar fomos alocados em um quarto sem conforto. Parecia um depósito. Fizemos a reserva para um quarto para 4 pessoas (que é um pouco mais caro), objetivando ocupar um espaço amplo, mas não foi isso que aconteceu. E, quando trocamos de quarto, passamos para um de casal (sem receber a diferença financeira), apesar de percebermos vários quartos triplos desocupados.
