Precisa melhorar as manutenções dos quartos, por exemplo fiz uma viagem em família e reservamos 3 quartos. O meu o chuveiro mesmo fechado não parava de cair água, o segundo o Ar condicionado não gelava e o terceiro a descarga não parava de cair água… No demais foi tudo bom, essa já é a terceira vez que me hospedo neste Hotel.

Quarto standard horrível, paredes mofadas, cheiro de mofo em todo canto, úmido. Trocamos mas não adiantou muito. Faltou água pela manhã, meu esposo ficou todo ensaboado. Panos de cama com cheiro ruim, do travesseiro tbm, não aconselho o quarto standard pra ngm. Só avalio bem o café da manhã. Atendimento demorado pra abrir o estacionamento e pra responder no WhatsApp (único meio que deram). Enfim, ainda bem que foi só uma diária e não voltarei mais.

Minha estadia foi, de modo geral, satisfatória. O ponto alto foi o café da manhã, excelente e bem servido, além da simpatia das moças da limpeza, sempre muito educadas e prestativas. A localização atendeu bem aos meus objetivos, embora não seja a região mais bonita de Natal. Um ponto negativo que me incomodou foi o banheiro, que vazava bastante água do box, o que acabava sendo irritante no dia a dia. Com pequenos ajustes, a experiência poderia ter sido ainda melhor.

Quarto muito umido, cheiro forte de umidade, colcha com cheiro forte, nao tinha papel higiênico no quarto, tive ir duas vezes no atendimento, na primeira vez me ignoraram, não ficaria nesse hotel nem de graça. Caso alguém tenha asma ou qualquer outros tipos de problemas respiratórios, não recomendo. Fiquei no quarto 1011.

HOTEL MOFO PURO. TODO HOTEL CHEIRA A MOFO! Nos colocaram num quarto péssimo, sem ventilação, os travesseiros pareciam que não tinham sido trocados com cheiro horrível. A umidade tão grande que pareciam que os travesseiros estavam molhados. O banheiro com vazamento. Alegaram que não tinha outro quarto. Um descaso total com o hóspede. Não é porque a diária é barata que tem que oferecer um serviço tao ruim. Já me hospedei em hotéis com diárias de mesmo valor e que são excelentes.

O primeiro quarto que me deram estava sem ventilação e com muito cheiro de mofo. Não fiquei nesse quarto e já pedi a troca, que foi prontamente atendida. No segundo quarto, a limpeza do banheiro não estava a contento. Quarto necessita de investimento em reforma, pintura e mobília melhores.

Precisa melhorar

Estive em Natal outras vezes, mas nesse hotel foi a primeira e última. Quarto minúsculo, claustrofóbico, sem ventilação natural, toalhas encardidas e um cheiro muito forte de mofo. O pessoal da recepção é ótimo, assim como o café da manhã, mas os quartos mais parecem celas.
