Well located affordable option

Simple hostel with extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Breakfast included which was a real bonus. They also held my bag while I walked the O Circuit

It was an amazing stay, definitely the comfort i needed before and after doing the Patagonia Trail. The rooms are top notch and the common spaces are very cozy. The breakfast in the mornings was well stocked and a perfect way to start the day. I would recommend a stat here to anyone heading to Puerto Natale's

Great value! We stayed in a private room, with access to multiple shared bathrooms, which were always available. The kitchen and free breakfast were nice. The plants and decorations made the public area comfortable and relaxing. Very friendly staff and dogs.

Very friendly. Good WiFi. Included hot breakfast. They let us leave our luggage locked in the back while we did the O trek in Torres Del Paine. Very affordable rental equipment too!

Very well located, only a couple of blocks from the town centre. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and kept the place clean every day. My only gripe with the place was how noisy it was. The building is very creaky, so every time someone walks around you can hear the floorboards creaking. Especially being in a room downstairs, every time someone above would move around in the night or early morning it was extremely loud. A lot of guests will start their day early (5:30-6:30am) to go to the national park, so their moving noises upstairs and using the staircase will be sure to wake you up.

I had a confirmed reservation, when I tried to check in, the receptionist told me that there is no reservation to be found. Showing my confirmation, she finally called Expedia and confirmed they have my reservation, but didn't reflect with their system. And they were sold out the night. Nothing they can do and not offering any assistance. Nobody knows what happened.

Terrible experience! Even that my stay was paid for in full, I arrived and they told me my room wasn't available! I had to find and pay for another place. And it wasn't easy! Evertything was already booked. So yes, they booked twice! My room!
