"When I checked in, I was greeted with a very friendly lady. My check in was very fast, almost as if she knew who I was when I stepped in the door. We started chatting and, before we knew it, we had been talking and laughing for a few hours. She treated every guest that came through the door the same way. As much as I travel, it’s really nice to be greeted with a smile and a warm personalized welcoming. Every hotel needs someone like her."

When Dad went to breakfast, there wasn't much left (I guess the first wave was hungry), but by the time I arrived everything was full and very good. The potatoes with peppers were a nice surprise.
