"Location Staff and Rooms are excellent. Alert Room 107 bathroom is connected to the kitchen, as a result there is constant noises from machinery and when they prep early in the morning the noise is amplified. I went into an area I thought was an emergency exit and found the kitchen in full operation at 6 am. The Hotel changed our room when I brought this to their attention. "

I chose a special room in “the level” and when I asked for information in the regular reception area about breakfast, the man rudely dismissed me by saying, oh you’re in the level, yo need to go to the other reception for information. I only wanted to know the time for breakfast and checkout. Then had to wait until the person in the level reception finished checking in a guest only to ask a simple question that could have been solved by the first rude man.
