"We had a terrible check-in, not the resorts fault but Expedia. We were on the phone for over an hour with expedia customer service goung back and forth about our check in time, but luckily when we got there the worker was super friendly and had everything ready for us. Its a very neat experience and cozy. Very good layout for the size of boathouse so nothing felt crammed. Overall would definitely go again. In fact, we booked another night there."

"The accommodations that were offered to us were off property, faced a dirty lot with trash receptacles and smelled like mold and mildew! As soon as we saw our accommodations we asked for compensation, in which they blamed Expedia. Expedia told us that it was up to Parker’s to provide a refund. Upon later questioning partners lied and said that our flight arrived late and we never showed up. Funny how we have pictures dated at the time of our arrival of the horrific conditions. Do not stay here!"

"We enjoyed our stay in the beach house! The location is perfect, the view from the deck is gorgeous and you are as close to the water as you can get! The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Can’t wait to return next year! "

As the for the property amenities - comfortable bed, lots of soft clean towels, big frig and quality kitchen appliances, super nice washer/dryer, and many bonus beach supplies. "Everything appeared as described, the kitchen fully equipped, hot water, A/C fully functional, clean and pet friendly. The only disappointment was the one of the two individual beds was broken and un-usable. Causing discomfort and bickering at night among my two teenage boys sharing single small bed."
