"The house is sufficient for 2 couples, 3 in a pinch (with only 2 showers) and 2 (only) moderately sized vehicles. It was clean, kitchen sufficient for cooking. Host responsive. Exterior furniture needs some TLC but nothing that prohibited us from having a nice time. Boat dock ok for 23' boat. Decent high tide launch on the other side of island. Take your own Roku for any tv beyond basic Xfinity cable. Internet not stable some times, may just be what is available on Little Torch"

"The room was beautiful; very clean and spacious. The property was in an excellent location, tucked away on a private beach and the key deer were adorable. It was an easy drive to both Marathon and Key West. Would definitely stay here again. "

"This is a very special place. You pay for the tranquility and the peace. You have a private beach all to yourself. And the deer are super friendly (yes). A great plus is you can BBQ on the beach yourself. Please fix the big fridge and make more kitchen utensils and plates and glasses available. That would make it even more positive. I would come back. "Perfect family get away! The home was even better than hoped for and had everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. The pool and kayaks were a huge hit. Beautiful location right on the canal and really convenient for day trips to Key West or Marathon. We traveled with our college aged daughter and mother.
