"Hotel Staff was very friendly and answered any questions we had. Shuttle to and from Shin Osaka Station was very convenient. Rooms were very spacious and clean. "
"Lots of amazing shopping and food options around the property. Large rooms and balconies, only complaint is the bed sheets and towels had odd burned smell to them."

"I liked the fact that they offered free shuttle service to the subway which also ran like clockwork on time to the subway. I wish I was better able to navigate back to the drop off/pickup point to return to the hotel. Thankfully the taxi fare was only ¥900 or $6 to return.
I loved the gym and took full advantage of that amenity, my previous hotel in Tokyo changed $15/day to use. "
"Staff were extremely helpful and so nice to deal with. Great for luggage transfer services. The only downfall was the small room and claustrophobic bathroom"
"It was pretty good , close to the station its in an office area. So its pretty quiet
Didnt try the breakfast there's a building in front with a lot of breakfast option you probably can fjnd something cheaper than the hotel breakfast pricr"
