"It is a beatiful hotel,excelent breakfast ,is a complete breakfast with so many óptions.location is incredible is in front of La spezia Centrale train station. Perfect to visit Cinque Terre. The room was very nice ,clean and with a walk in closet . The staff very helpful i recommend "

"This is an amazing property located slap bang in the centre of La Spezia old town with restaurants, bars, cafés and independent shops on the doorstep. We had the duplex suite with a large lounge-diner area and bathroom downstairs, then a bedroom with massive bath tub and a further bathroom upstairs. The finish and cleanliness are exceptional with the room serviced daily. Despite the size of the apartment, there isn’t a kitchen but plenty of affordable places within a minutes walk. I think the only possible issue was the very steep stairs that might not be good for older guests or young children. All said, we’ll definitely be back again."

"Host was very nice, great communication at all times and helpful. Apartment was very well located at just a few blocks to the main train station. Area was quiet and there were many stores, supermarkets, restaurants (highly recommend Bella Napoli pizzeria trattoria on Via Antonio Gramsci, 175/177, 19122 La Spezia SP, Italy: delicious food and great service), etc at walking distance and we felt safe at all times. Apartment was spotless clean, bed and bedding were very comfortable. Bathroom was very nice size and shower spacious and good. Would come back and definitely recommend."

"Location is not the nicest, however the location to train station made up for it. It’s about 10min walk to train station. The room is located inside an apartment building. I rented the double room which was clean & comfortable. The AC system works really well. "
